IFS Cloud Notify me synchorization issue

Hi,

We are using IFS Cloud notify me application, we found one issue regarding data synchorization. In IFS Cloud we don’t have open purchase requisiton lines to be approved, but in Notify me some authorized purchase order lines are still being showed. I reinstalled Notify me application and refresh the cache but both didn’t work.

Anyone has the same experience and how can I fix the issue?

I think it is best that you report this to IFS, so we can have a deeper look into the issue. It shold not occur like that. 

 

I do have a question though. You are talking about Purchase Order Requsition lines and then on Purchase Order Lines. What we have is 

  • Purchase Order
  • Purchase Order Change Order
  • Purchase Requisition Lines

when it comes to the procurement area. So Purchase Order Lines does not exist more than in the detailed view of Purchase Order. I guess you mean Purchase Requesition Lines, but good to get it clarified.

@JOOLSE , yes, I mean purchase requisition lines, it is a keyin mistake. I will report to IFS for a deeper investigation. Thanks.
