Unable to close previous period due to: Transactions waiting to be transferred from Distribution and/or Manufacturing

Hello everyone, we have run into a situation where a previous period 11/2025 was open and we are unable to close that period. the validate transactions in progess shows Error of Transactions waiting to be transferred from Distribution and/or Manufacturing. 

What i checked as of now is the following:

  • User per user group: all closed
  • Distribution and Manufacturing posting analysis status code 99: nothing, tried <>3 : nothing.
  • Rerun erroneous Distribution and Manufacturing postings : Nothing.
  • Voucher entry for period 11/2025: Nothing.
  • Transfert inventory transactions.
  • Transfert purchase transactions.

And still the error is checked.

    Hi ​@Amine99,

    I would recommend in this case to open a support case so a technician can find the origin of this problem.

    • Even in transactions have been transferred, have you checked in Inventory Transactions History and Purchase Transactions History if any of the lines in such period have the ‘Has Erroneous Postings’ or ‘Has Transferred Postings’ = ‘No’?
    • Check also the status in mpccom_accounting_tab, as there could be revaluation transactions from period 11/2025 in a transaction of another period.

      Thank you very much ​@Pilar Franco , yes i did check  Erroneous Postings’ and ‘Has Transferred Postings’, it was the background jobs for months and months with Aggregate inventory not processed … So reopened the periods, reopened user groups per period, re-executed the back jobs and that was it.
