Why do I receive this message when trying to clicking on the application link for IFS hosted cloud Apps10  environment:It mostly happens when trying to go to the admin screen:e.g. https://<customer>-<environment>.ifs.cloud:48080/admin but also happens to some users on the main link https://<customer>-<environment>.ifs.cloud:48080

Aurena bookmarks disappear

Hello, I have a problem that for some users bookmarks that are set for their profile disappear. This happens usually when user has its own bookmarks - only his bookmarks remain. When we reset his profile to restore default bookmarks, his bookmarks disappear. Has anyone had such a problem? How can we prevent bookmarks from disappearing? Is there any other way to restore them than resetting the profile?Best regardsAdam

Copies ZPL Label

We have a case where a customer want to be able to print multiple copies of a ZPL label, their wish is to choose the number of copies when they print the shipment rows (see picture). We use RPL plugin for creating the report layout. The “copies” field is freezed ( see picture 2) as well and cannot be modified, this might be a possible solution as well, but we cannot figure out how to solve it. Has anyone had the same issue? Thanks in advance!

POSTMAN AURENA, What is the efficient way to create or find the API REQUEST?

When we are working with the POSTMAN IDE, need to create REQUESTs from API.  In Aurena, we can follow the below REQUEST  structure to generate it. https://<APP_SERVER>/int/SOAPGATEWAY Using the "API Explorer" window, we are able to get the exact API documentation. Afterward, we are able to find the REQUEST from the Doc.  In order to find the request, what I'm doing is, Finding the name of the tab. 2. Finding the Entity.  Finally using the Entity and searching it the API Doc. Sometimes for point 2, the problem is we may have to use EntitySet rather than Entity.  For example, if we need to get a company from the companies on the list we may need to use EntitySet. My question is, is there any other way to find the API REQUEST rather than what I'm doing?

Adding Custom Fields to IEE Screen scrambles the layout

We are running Apps10 UPD6, but this issue has been popping up since our go live on Apps10 UPD2.  We seem to be running into a “max” number of custom fields a screen can handle.  This is happening on the field layout (and not table) screens. At a certain point, if we use properties/layout to add another custom field, the action of selecting the custom field moves things and there is no undo (we restore from a backup profile). Examples of things that have happened. Previous multi-line note field - stays in place but becomes date field (title changes) and contains the date info, but is still the full note field size and now way to change New field added - text box ends up in open screen space but field title is behind title of field in top left corner. Other existing fields on screen move to new location - field boxes end up in different place than field titles (they move separately). wondering if anyone knows how to avoid this.  The only solution seems to be rebuild the entire scre

CPU usage on Server 100%

Hi all, after a failed update we rolled back the servers and they have went from around 10% to 100% and sitting at this constantly. has anyone else had this issue and if so what was the fix? Support just told us to upgrade our hardware… but that doesn't explain why it jumped so much.i have noticed there is some stuck threads, but unsure what is causing these. Thanks

Hi Team.As per which option used in Setup IFS connect ( for MAIL_SENDER1)  Email output generated from event action NOTIFY_CHECKLIST_RESP_EMPLOYEE will be changed as below; Result 1 ( text/html ) Result 2 ( text/Plain)As you can observe above, one option does not make Message_string work properly and other option does not make “Click Here” link work.So Would there be anyway both could be worked as same time ?( Line breakers option does not work on MESSAGE_STRING)

Call Order Report using configuration in Aurena

Hi , We have a requirement to call a Order Report(IFS Report Designer Report) from Aurena page. Just like we do with Custom menu in IEE. IFS APPS10, How configure/change oracle database connection string in IFS Application installer

When Databases migrated or moved to new VMs, IFS instances needs to reconfigure accordingly. But reconfigure keeps failing as connection string attached to IFS APPS10 can't be change when initiating reconfigure. Please see attached snap . Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unable to load column information for view in Query Builder.

It is not possible to load column information for view in Query Builder.The message: "Failed to load columns"is displayed, and can't create a query using the query builder.Following are the steps followed to recreate the issue.1. Login to IFS Enterprise Explorer as Application Owner2. Execute new creation on the "Query Builder" screen.3. Enter the Title name as "Test Query".4. Enter "SITE" or any other LU at Search views to see a list of views.5. Unable to refer to view column. The message: "Failed to load columns …" appears.6. An error occurs when selecting a view, right-clicking, and executing "Add All to Columns".We have tried refreshing the following cache elements and still the result is same.1. Dictionary Cache2. Reference Cache.

Automatic connect photo to an IFS Object

Hello,Is there anybody that has the following in place: user takes a picture and the photo is automatically uploaded to a server. Some script runs frequently and scans the photo (its name) and connects it automatically to an object in IFS.I know it is not easy, but have an idea how to connect the photo to the correct object, if the name of the photo contains the key of the object (think of a project number in the name of the photo to know the project is the object in IFS).Problem that I face is that the name of the photo needs to change on a regular base. Today project 23, the next day project 2998. I’m thinking of a camera with FTP or iPad with photo link to directory that IFS can read one way or the other. Still the name of the photo is a sequence number that is hard to change automatically.AI might help, I think, but have no idea how (maybe barcode in photo??)Any idea is helpful.Thanks

Simple interface - Creating a CSV from IFS

We have a few consultant designed interfaces at present, which work well but I would like to start creating simple ones myself.For this example, I need to create a CSV output on a scheduled basis, with the output file having data placed in columns specific to my needs.Is there a guide on easiest way to achieve this?Possibly in the future, may also use an input file but think I will be using external file loads and running them manually at the moment.Thanks

Apps9: How can i make a custom API call go through a specific batch queue?

We have a slow running overnight job - Calculate Customer Credit which runs on default queue - ‘0’. This is taking a long time to run, so would like to move a custom job which keeps stalling behind this queue to a faster queue.Does anyone know the line of code i need to specifiy the batch queue the custom job will run on?

Installer.xml missing latest delivery

Hello,I recently installed a delivery (“2021-04”) and noticed that only the installer_delivery.xml contains details about it and noticed that installer.xml does not contain details about it. For further details please refer the attached screenshots.To install both the deliveries I used “install delivery” option, do you know why the latest delivery details are not shown in the installer.xml?Thanks in advance!

Crystal Decisions Shared Utill Throws an Exception

Hi, I have an error when previewing a crystal report.  The logs aren’t really telling me what the problem it suggests that the report is correctly formatting based on the entries and that passwords, file paths etc. are being picked up.. I have a 64 bit client 19c Database Client, 64 Bit CWS and 64 Bit runtime.I have tried reinstalling the CWS but still get the same issue. Any advice is appreciated.   Thank you,

Streams are not pushed when sending as send to colleague option

In app10 IEE client, when sending a straems message as 'Send to Colleague', the receiver does not get the notification. Other options like using an event action and subscriptions works fine. Is there a binary patch or does this prevent becaus eof a setting
