We are trying to set up the CRM Panel in Outlook but getting a message that the browser is not supported by Aurena. Google Chrome has been set as the default browser and the extensions have been installed. Does anyone know how to resolve this error?
The user has the IFS Aurena Chrome Extension loaded and has the IFS CRM Panel set up in Outlook. But when he is viewing a contact card in the IFS CRM panel, he clicks on the ellipsis and then View in IFS Aurena, and then logs into IFS Aurena but an error message pops up that indicates the browser is not supported.

Even though Aurena does open (below). It just won’t open from the CRM panel to view the contact information.

The user opens IFS Aurena and is automatically logged in because the credentials have been passed from the login above.
