Report designer logo not appearing

Hi,

After the upgrade from cloud 21R1 to 21R2 customer’s report designer report logo’s suddenly disappeared. I then added complogo.gif and IFSlogbw.gif to the report images from aurena client but still reports are not showing. Is there any other particular step needs to be followed? I have set up images to be taken from the database in layout files.

Hi Manoj,

 I followed this document but with no luck. Not only custom logo even in core reports the logo doesn’t show. We are using the option image stored in database and have added the logo in Report Images from the Aurena client.

This is not about previewing from report designer tool but with printing/previewing from IFS.
