HiI'm just starting to set up Aurena for our company, but there seems to be some issues with some views. Among other things, the inks is not displayed correct  in lobby pages, they dont get line breaks, and the font is very small.It may look like I'm missing a lot of css.I get this error in debug console “Error - Failed to load context substitution variable list”. Could this be the reason? Possibly what else could this be due to?

Hi,I have created some custom fields in IFS for Sales Quote reporting.  I then ran Scan Translatable Code for the Order Component and the Layer was Cust.  And everything seems to be working so I can get the translations in for German on the new fields.  However the Scan Tranlatable created duplicates for every previous field.  Is there a way to stop that?  And if not, how do you know which one the report is using to add other translations in Text Translations?

I want to disable layout in my users screens so they can’t mess up the screen layout but can’t find it in permissions. Help!!!

Hello Community,I was wondering if it is possible to add an existing custom field into a list of values?For example:When creating a Material requisition, I would like to add a Part No using the “List of Value” for Part No. I am wondering if I could add an existing custom field in the window. Hi , Does anyone have an idea how can we fix the position of lobby in Lobby overview screen  or how can we display the existing lobbies in a desired order in IFS Enterprise Explorer(IEE).For Example : I have 3 lobbies namely Lobby 1,Lobby 2 ,Lobby 3 in Lobby overview.So, whenever I open the Lobby Overview screen, they should be displayed in same order (Lobby 1,Lobby 2 ,Lobby 3).At present I could see that they are changing the positions whenever I open the lobby overview.can you please help me in fixing this issue.

IFS 10APPS UPD 7.  We are trying to install Public SSL certificate which now days only issued for Server Authentication (1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.1)Client Authentication (1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.2) We can not use it for Client Signing. Hi,I’ve got strange problem with state machine. I’m using standard message to change state for selected row (this is master-detail form, state machine defined for master LU): Sal.SendMsg(Sys.hWndForm, Ifs.Fnd.ApplicationForms.Const.PM_DataRecordStateEvent, Ifs.Fnd.ApplicationForms.Const.METHOD_Execute, ((SalString)"Confirm").ToHandle()); This calls single function from LU: Confirm__. There is no ‘magic’ inside, in Finit_State_Machine___ procedure there is only check if all necessary fields are filled with value. However after calling function application hangs for 15+ minutes (usually, sometimes hangs for longer period of time). Dear all,We have account IFSCONNECT which is getting locked many times. This is wasting our precious time during test window, when we need to send transactions using the same account. Need to know Do we have any in-built mechanism within IFS application which can send alert notification to concerned users/parties when there are any changes in the attributes of IFSCONNECT account, such that its locked/unlocked, or account password has been changed. Can we trace the originating system/ip details which are sending invalid credentials causing IFSCONNECT account to lock. Instead of locking the IFSCONNECT account, does there exists any way which can prevent client application from sending further transactions.For #1, we have something in mind like below but want to explore if IFS have something already.Set trigger on DBA_USERS table so that email notification is sent out to concerned users/parties notifying the below events.

Hello Community, I have been investigating IFS Aurena (cloud) for the past few weeks and one major issue that come up is that i am unable to use the preview function of any kind when trying to preview documents within IFS. Is this normal?, or am I missing some IFS Aurena or Ipad(gen8) settings?When I press the preview button on a shop order report for example I see the spinning wheel but nothing happens. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We are in the initial steps on deploying our security (permission sets) and we are finding it a bit tedious to setup those sets. We came across this tool from NAYO that supposedly helps with this. Any feedbacks on or experiences with the tool that anyone would like to share?

Problem: Unable to remove the login language Swedish from regional settings in APP 10. In order to remove a login language (regional) from the log on window and from the regional settings in the below figure, users can uncheck the data field “Enable For Login” from Used languages screen in IFS APP 9.But, in APP10 even if this is unchecked, the unchecked language can not be removed from regional settings and log on window.We can not remove the translations provided in Swedish since the reports cons

In 21R1 and 21R2 the Event Action Details module, Attachment Group has a typo. 

Instead of continuing to do things the way I’ve always done them, I was trying to put a solution together using projections/rest api and I’m stumped on where to find the equivalent of an Apps10 view. Is there a way to find where/if a view is surfaced in the projections? In this particular case I was looking to do something close to the delivery note, except that I need the quantities of each lot and the expiration date. For the body of the report I with SQL I would have done something like SELECT part_no, ifsapp.part_catalog_api.get_description(part_no), lot_batch_no, expiration_date, qty_shipped FROM ifsapp.shipment_source_reservation WHERE shipment_id = '29816' order by part_no, lot_batch_no 

Hello Dear My Friends,I am having problem with Turkish characters in developer studio. When opening the file, I get the message "The file Xyz.plsql cannot be safely opened with encoding utf-8. Do you want to continue opening it?”When I open it, "�" character appears instead of Turkish letters. I need to fix the "�" characters one by one.My second problem is that it shows up as a typo in red in the editor. It is what appears as a popup in the image below(Unexpected character at 441:25. Text cannot be parsed.) Also, i looked at the netbeans configuration as in the link. But it didn't.

Hi,After the upgrade from cloud 21R1 to 21R2 customer’s report designer report logo’s suddenly disappeared. I then added complogo.gif and IFSlogbw.gif to the report images from aurena client but still reports are not showing. Is there any other particular step needs to be followed? I have set up images to be taken from the database in layout files. ThanksRoshanga
