Is it possible to create a Quick Report for our history logging in supplier and customer changes?We can order this with the report generator but we need it as QR as well to get an extract in Excel.

We are trying to roll out the IFS Aurena Extension users, but can’t get it to work. We are on IFS10 upd11. It’s seems to be installed correctly, also the msi file. We get this error when going to User Settings in Aurena:  I think that this worked earlier on the same IFS version, but after we tried to roll it out through SCCM we get this error. Anyone knows how to fix this?

Dear all,we are running remote installation of IFS Cloud 21R2 with 1 Windows Management Server (WMS) and 1 Middle Tier Server (MTS). Technical documentation for the Middle Tier Server (MTS) deployment is assuming to have WMS server (Windows Server 2019) and application server (Ubuntu with k8s) for each IFS instance. Our plan is to run 4 IFS instances (PRODUCTION, TEST, UAT, DEV). We have dedicated WMS and MTS for PRODUCTION instance of course, but it's reasonable number of servers needed for testing and dev instances.Can we use 1 WMS server and 1 MTS for all 3 IFS test instances( TEST, UAT, DEV)? Technical documentation is mentioning that more then 1 k8s namespace for different IFS Cloud installation can be running within k8s cluster. However this scenario and configuration is not described in technical documentation at all. If it’s feasible, can you pls. enhance technical documentation with that?

We have had huge stability problems with our IFS production environment this week. It seems to be related to the middleware server. We are on IFS10 upd11. We upgraded from upd7 two weeks ago. First week it was stable, but this last week has been bad.All targets seems to be running, but IFS cannot be accessed. If we try to restart the targets we get this error:A new START again gets it all started, but then it falls down again after a while.We are a little bit lost now. Could anyone point us in a direction where to search for the error? 

Hello all, I want confirm one thing.I notice that one line will be added to table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_HEAD_TAB once I execute a migration job. But I can not find any records in table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_DETAIL_TAB if all rows are migrated successful.Is it the table INTFACE_JOB_HIST_DETAIL_TAB just save records which are failed?Thanks in advance!

I’m seeing below error when I try to Publish my Custom Projection.‘Custom framework is not enabled. Please enable it from system parameters’  This was observed in both Support / IFSCLOUD / 21R1 Core - RnD / BnT CMB & Support / IFSCLOUD / 21R1 Core / REGIONAL TEST CMB environments. Can you advise me on what is missing/how can I get this resolved?

I need to reinstall a new PFX certificate file in my IFS Cloud environment. I don’t find the procedure in the OFS documentation but I suppose that it should be just a matter of running an ifsinstaller command with the mtinstaller option. Am I right ?

Hey all,I have had good success with using our external integration program (a C#/.NET application) by calling it from RMB Custom Menus where appropriate. It can run command-line modules as well as display UI-based functionality to enrich end-user’s client experience.Some integrations I am creating, however, would be better to call directly from a Shortcut or Navigator item (I am talking about IEE). Is there a way to call an External Program from a Navigator item or Shortcut the same way a Custom Menu can call an external program? Seems like it should be doable, but I am not seeing it.Alternately (or additionally), is there a way to call an External Program from a Lobby? We are starting to use Lobby lists to also act as navigation aids, so being able to summon the external program from there would also be of great use. Thanks,Joe Kaufman

Hi all, is it possible to use CTRL+K in relation to a custom field? In my case i want to use an enumeration, preferably with feature CTRL+K. When I press CTRL+K nothing happens, no value list is shown.Is it generally not possbile with Custom Fields?Thanks for your feedback.BR,Jan 

We are running IFS Cloud 21R2 and our users are still missing some features from EE in Aurena client, like  conditional formatting attachments' view - not possible to switch between Details/Icons/List in the Attachments (Documents, Approvals, ...). Users cannot see all details like approval groups, ... . new from templates - not possible to prepare templates for new objects attaching multiple documents to an attachment window (e.g. Inventory Part) via drag-and-drop. This functionality in IFS10 gives the user the possibility to upload many documents and select different document classes for them.We know some of the features above are known gaps between EE and Aurena, but is there any plan to make these features available in Aurena as well or not at all? If so, can you pls. indicate year/release the functionality could be available with?

Morning all, Within Page Designer we’re looking to add a custom field/custom fields to the ‘Time Registration’ page dialog box, allowing users to capture additional information when registering project time allocations. However within page designer, under Dialogs and the ‘Report Time Dialog’ this doesn’t seem like a possibility.This post discusses that custom field support isn’t possible in assistants, however is there another method of achieving this in Apps10 (Update 10 for us) such as a custom logical unit against the projection, creating a Group with these fields and adding that to the dialog? Cheers,Marcus

I am looking for help troubleshooting an External File Type/Template that I built.I created this External File Type & Template because the ExtMixedPayment file type did not have the fields I needed. When this file is imported to IFS, I would like it to create a Mixed Payment AND create transaction lines on the Mixed Payment.However, when I import the file today I get a “Transfer Skipped” message, meaning no Mixed Payment was created. Any ideas what needs to be changed so that this file triggers a Mixed Payment (with transaction lines) to be created?  External File Type:External File Type  

A user is getting this error when he click on his shortcuts for My Absence Calendar and Expense Sheet.The error is getting even when he try to use navigator.As this is mentioning missing dll, we checked with IFSAPP as well but the issue can not be recreated when logged in as IFSAPP.In the same way other users don’t have this issue.He is having all the required permissions as well.I really appreciate if someone can give any idea to fix this issue.we are in APP09.Thank you.  

I have a user that decided to “play” and printed and picked an item off a work order. The problem now is we can’t issue the item to the work order nor can we somehow undo what she did to begin with Any ideas would help

Active users are randomly getting the following error while in IFS.There is currently a problem connecting to 'http://kiito.xxxx.xx:xxxx'. User is not allowed access.Most likely causes: * User not set as Active. * User is not granted connect privileges. The users are actively in IFS when they get this error.     What causes this issue?

Hi IFS Community!We are running IFS 9 UPD17.  We are configured with an external load balancer in front of 2 web servers, one on each of 2 Windows 2012 R2 servers.  SSL is configured on the external load balancer.  We want to copy the Oracle wallet with the certificate for the external load balancer's server to the database server.  IFS's installer does not automatically create the cwallet.sso Oracle wallet file for the external server.  IFS's documentation states the following:"When Oracle needs to connect to an external proxy (using its own certificate) a wallet must be created and the certificate imported manually. Refer to the Oracle documentation (orapki) for the version in use. The wallet should contain the root and possibly the intermediate certificate."Does anyone have any experience doing this?  Can anyone provide us with instructions on how to do this?  I have a pfx file (PKCS12) for the external server.Thanks for any help you can give.Da
