Hi,does somewhere exist list of *.jar libraries included in IFS Cloud installation. I want to know, what libraries are already present, and I can use them. In whole repository is not any *.jar file and I didn’t find in documentation any information about including new *.jar files.I found only this:Does it really work? Should all used *.jar files be stored in this folder in fndbas or it could be in any module in same file structure location?ThanksBR

Many IFS Cloud pages have buttons for new record (+), edit (pencil), attachment (paper clip) and more. Can the format of these buttons be changed? We would like to highlight them or add a color to make them stand out more in both the light and dark appearances. 

Hi All,What is the exact location for a component in Customer Solution Repository where Permission Sets need to be exported and kept.I assume it is the server folder but do not know the exact sub folder name.For example, I believe Permission sets need to be exported into a sub folder in server folderi.e.workspace\<component name>\server\<subfolder name for permission sets> 

Hi all,I wanted to know about how to keep the values we entered on a certain step of an assistant, before going to the previous step. Below are the steps to reproduce the issue I currently have.In the Master Part step, values are entered and click Next. Comm Group value is entered in the Inventory Part step and click on Previous to go back to Master Part step. Then, once again, click Next and come back to Inventory Part.Expected result : To see the Comm Group value that was selected previously.

HiWe are getting an Invalid Member Name error upon running an IFS Quick report. The SQL used runs fine in PL/SQL Developer.The report contains a number of parameters which require user input so have used prompts such as ('%&User_ID%')  which have worked fine previously. The report also contains a couple of UNION ALL statements.Any suggestions on what is causing this would be appreciated.Thanks

Hello, we have two buyers with identical security.  When one duplicates a supplier for part to add a new supplier/part connection, the inspection info tab is duplicated correctly (receive case, inspection code, etc) after saving.  When the other buyer does the same thing on the same part, the inspection info tab doesn’t copy everything like the receive case from the original record, it reverts back to the default receive into arrival when 9 times out of 10 it should be receive into arrival, inspect at arrival. She is now forced to check the tab and make manual corrections after saving, which proves she does have security to the tab.  She says this has been going on for months.  We are on Apps10 UPD17 as of May.We’ve done the following and it’s still failing:-We did all of these steps I found on a community post from @Yasas Kasthuriarachchi 

We are running IFS Apps10 UPD14 using IEE and we are trying to figure out how IFS determines if it will use horizontal vs. vertical dividers.  We have multiple people building lobbies and between us we are seeing 3 different behaviors.  When we add a divider, we don’t see any way to specific orientation, it just seems to pick on its own.Horizontal Edit mode - Adding a divider - creates a horizontal divider View - reflects horizontal dividers (matches what you see in designer) Vertical Edit mode - Adding a divider - creates a vertical divider View - reflects vertical dividers (matches what you see in designer) Mixed Edit mode - Adding a divider - creates a horizontal divider View - reflects vertical dividers (does match what you see in designer) We are trying to make the published lobby look like what we see in the designer and we can’t figure out

Hello, Community!I need help with the custom page creation funcionality on IFS Cloud. I followed the steps shown on IFS Cloud technical documentation on how to create a custom page and I’ve managed to:Create a new entity; Create Persistents custom fields on the new entity; Create a new projection and tied it with the new entity; Create a new page and then added all the persistent custom fields through page designer.The problem now is, I cannot input any information on the custom fields I’ve created. It doesn’t even have the iput box, so I can’t type any information in.I’ve placed the custom fields using the group element in Page Designer.Can you help me?Thank you!

Hi,Since we installed 23R1 we have the possibility to create a button linked to a BPA.But we noticed that in this case all the errors will be raised with the same message : If you launch a standard flow with standard errors you won’t see the right message. Instead you have this generic message shown in the screen shot.Is there a way to show the right error message or is this a bug that should be fixed ?Thank youFabrice

Issue Unable use multiple negative filters as an AND operator (eg. type != Custom entity attribute AND type != Quick report).  Resolution This can only be achieved by using the advanced search,Use advanced search like this ((tolower(ExecutedBy) != 'ifsapp') AND (tolower(ExecutedBy) != 'alain'))

Could the field the Select Statement is entered into when adding a Custom Field PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be a properly sized text editor?  It’s nigh on impossible to work with in this limited ‘ticker tape’ size. Thank you!! Linda

Hi Did anyone try to use ScanIt on Android 4.4 version? One of our customer has Falcon X4 devices and there is not possibility to upgrade Android version to newer one. Accesing through web browser(Chrome, Safafi) is invonvenient and very slow. Is any workaround or just only changing devices?

Hello,one of the IFS customers had a unfortunate security breach which resulted in complete holt and isolation on their current production environments.Now they are planning to restore /re create their prod in new servers and domains. *****Do we have any KB articles , F1 documentation or any guidelines to look in during this situation???on of the main concerns we have now is to verify database tables which can be access by intruders.Customer was using TAS. Hi All, Please be informed that we have enabled the SSO authentication for an APPS9 customer. However, the customer is not able to login into the IFS Application via the “Connect with your current Windows Credentials” option,  But the customer can log into the IFS Application by providing the login details manually. Hello,Using IFSAPPS10 UPD12.I have added 2 additional columns, one text and one date to an existing Operational Report and Deployed, but the correct column Title is not showing (DisplayNames=ON in the template) - it is showing the database field name in the resulting Excel output (red square box in picture).Also, the Excel template has Column D correctly formatted as “Date” but it is showing a text value for the date field (yellow highlighted).  I have tried updating the System Dictionary and Report Caches but that does not cure the problem.   Am I missing a step?   Thanks in advance. From a “Describe” of the Report View:

Hi, We have created a custom tab on the Functional Object screen with several custom fields.  I am trying to add another custom field to the custom tab, but I can’t get the field to show.  I’ve added the field.  It’s approved, pulbished and synchronized and I’ve reloaded the configuration but when I go to the Object Properties, it’s not in the list for me to add to the tab.  What am I missing?   

In Apps 10 we want to add images to some lobby elements.  We use OpenAsset to store our images and can resize images for upload to IFS.  Is there a document that can provide the actual image size required to use with below sizes:1x11x21x42x12x22x44x4 Without accurate sizing we seem to lose some elements of the image. Thanks Trudy
