I log-in user that grant the following permission but can't access the Business Reporter.

BR_FULL_REPORT_ACCESS
FND_CONNECT_BISERV
FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN
FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN_BISERV

 

Do I need anything else?

Kindly grant the following permission sets and let's verify if this resolves the error.

  1. BA_REPORT_ADMIN
  2. BA_REPORT_DESIGNER
  3. BA_USER

Ok, You will be able to find the capabilities of every permission set that is related to the IFS business reporter by referring to that document.
