@Emre.IFS silly question, but did you try to scroll all the way to the bottom to see if you can find ROWSTATE column?

RECEIPT_INFO_TAB has much more columns than what you are showing in your printscreen. That’s why I think you maybe didn’t scroll all the way down?

hi @Marcel.Ausan . yes I marked it Rowstate column but When the registration is created, the e-mail does not come. I activated the event. Could there be a different reason?

@Emre.IFS Is your MAIL_SENDER1 configured correctly? Did you manage to get any emails from that IFS environment before?

The best way to check if the event works would be to check the application messages. If there’s any application message generated after this event ran, then it means it’s an issue with the email sender.
