Hi Experts, We have a customer who is setting up OIDC SSO login (Azure AD) on a on-premise environment which have a firewall which restricts access to the internet.Due to this they are getting 500 status code error on webclient and smart client (OIDC123). The same credentials used on another internet accessible environment it is working as expected. They are asking which URLs they need to whitelist in order to get OIDC working. So far they’ve whitelisted following URLs (ref) *.login.microsoftonline.com*.aadcdn.msftauth.net*.aadcdn.msftauthimages.net*.aadcdn.msauthimages.net*.logincdn.msftauth.net*.login.live.com*.msauth.net*.aadcdn.microsoftonline-p.com*.microsoftonline-p.com 

Hello,we like to scan the Data Matrix 2D barcode with the FSM mobile App to assign the barcode to our individual customers.Is it possible to scan with the FSM mobile app, if yes which additional software is required? Hi,we have a custom service report sent to customer once a technician (via mobile) set a task to completed.In the design, the custom service report has a subreport in it.  For 1 technician, the generated report attached in the email has error saying “data retrieval failed for the subreport..”.This technician also has access to webclient.When the tech. prints the report form webclient, the report will be printed correctly. Any idea where to check the issue? Cheers,~Juni 

Good Morning All,I am aware that the Customer Contact Name which appears on the Work Order (CO Info Tab) is extracted from the Functional Object (Address Set Up).The issue we are experiencing is that when the contact details are updated on the Functional Object the Contacts entered on existing work orders has to be manually updated.  For example a large volume of Maintenance Work Orders are created at the start of a contract period. During this contract period the site contact within the Functional Object may need updating. Is there a way a functional Object update can automatically update existing work orders? I installed MWO (Mobile work order) on my mobile & want to know if below functionality is possible as I could not find itStart document approval process via document details Run custom events How I can transfer my task back from mobile to desktop? 

We will be using MWO for task execution inside a work order & our requirement is to NOT ALLOW the task to be work started until some flag is set to YES in the db (basically inside the task, there should be some set of fields that must be Y/some approval process after which only FSE can mark the work to work started. Is there a way to achieve this?

We are doing PSO installation in Azure Server VM.  Accordingly , PSO Azure License has been provided by IFS  which is dependent on Tenant ID. While installing it is asking for Microsoft Credential .  So, which credential do we supposed to use here ?  Our individual O365 credential is not working here.We had previous experience to install in PSO as Standard one. not Azure.So, my question is , is the PSO license type provided by IFS is correct as Azure, or we should ask for PSO standard license?Is there PSO Azure installation guide available ?Please advise.

Hi,We have a requirement, is there any possibility to filter duplicate WO number from task screen. For example:In task screen its showing open tickets as 10, but basically it may be having multiple task on same WO.There may be only 5 WO, it creates 2 tasks & showing 10 tasks.Out of 10, 5 are duplicate cases.Regards,Shiyaz 

Can you recommend any parameters or scheduling app params to check to fix this issue?Only in our Production environment we are seeing manually scheduled tasks being ignored or excluded by the workbench. Inside 30 days out, they appear just as normal, and Appointment Booked activities are also fine.   

Hi All, How does the Service Contract SLA and the Support Agreement/Support Key work in relation to each other? Suppose I have a Customer A that has a Support Agreement + a Support key that specifies certain response times as explained in IFS help: Additionally the same customer A also has a Service Contract with me where i will define a SLA for different Work Types with Primary and Secondary Criteria and an SLA Template. This will also define certain response times in accordance with the explanation on IFS help.  So I have some questions on this:How do these 2 systems interact? Can they get in conflict with each other? When do I use a Service Contract SLA and when do I use a support agreement? or do I use both simultaneously? Hi experts,There is an requirement as below. In request screen, we can have multiple part needs. Once we create a new row in Part needs tab, we need to add some default values (Ex- Promised Date/Quantity) to the newly added row based on the first part_need row values. As an example, in this screenshot, first part need sequence = 46. So when user adding new row by using New button, the values from sequence - 46 should be fetched and set as default values in the newly created row.  I have already fetched the values from the first part need row by using client script sql. But when I try to use the getDataTableSelectedRows and setValueOnListDataRow, it seems these methods are not triggering the newly added row. Instead this method will trigger the first row since that is the one already selected as the default. Any feedback or work around for this. Thanks,Hasara

Hi,in a datatable in the UI designer a field gets truncated (web-client).I didn´t find a solution. I tried with length an control-type but it has no effect.Custom Metadata for the field:Max Chars 1024Column Type STRING (also tried LONGSTRING) The text is completely visible in the datatbase!Does anybody know how to slove this? Thanks 

We are implementing SSO in our mobile app and passing the OIDC token to FSM Mobile app, where do we store the token? I presume we must already have some token already in place, to be replaced by the token received.

Below steps are followed to enable Service App in Mobile1 .Install Android IFS MWO Service Apps Ver 22.11.692.0 in AndroidUsed User IFSAPP ,  granted Granting AURENA_NATIVE_RUNTIME functional role in structure to Permission Set DMM_CLOUD_FULL. added  Aurena Native specific Projections to the Permission Set DMM_CLOUD_FULL which is assigned to user permission set. Added Security groups Try to login in App, set the PIN. Now screen stuck at Sync Monitor.please let me know if anything missing  

We are getting below exception while uploading Image through Image Library in FSM client  on Server : app-tst-ifs-we-002.Note : we tried all permutation and combination of image category, image group and other settings.Exception: Message: Exception Message : Column(s) Image Category, Image Group in table Cust Image have invalid values.If anyone has the solution, please do let us know.

Hi Experts, We have received an issue from a customer regarding a failure of iOS device initialization. below is the investigation carried out by us so far.So we had to create a new user and initialized him separately from an Android device and iOS device. We observed that the android device was initialized normally and during the iOS initialization process   even though the user saw the initialization completion message, but he hasn't been redirected to the home screen though.(There is not any customization been done here and we have checked all the configurations that might cause a sync issue. How do I control the PSO status of an Activity that is pending Appointment Booking from FSM? I get different results between Allocated and Do Not Schedule. I have seen somewhere where I can dictate the numeric value of the desired status, but can’t find it again.

Hello everyone, we regularly receive an error message from Azure, we are not able to identify.The email from Azure states: The messages sometime vary, and the App Type changes from IFSSBM, IFSPSW and IFSSRG. But the description of the error always includes the sentence “The semaphore timeout period has expired”, and cites the Database Error 121.Is there a PSO error guide?Any idea on what is causing the error and how to fix it?Thanks in advance,AWLF
