Are there any available patches that we could install for FSM 5.7 update 3 build 6659? We understand that there is a move/push to cloud versioning, however we are not yet ready to move to cloud at this moment. In the interim we would like to make sure that our current software has any of the necessary patching that it needs.

You can move to the latest FSM version without going to cloud. Latest version is FSM 6 U23.
FSM 5.7 U3 was released so long ago that it is no longer within the supported application versions so hotfix would not be made for it any longer. Any hotfix that already exist for 5.7u3 would probably not cover all the patching required due to end of lifes on other supporting software such as the server OS, database versioning, new security concerns etc.
