We have competency, certificate, region etc info in Dispatch console but where are they entered/set with the resources? In the resource screen, I could not find anything like this?

You can add a region for the resource in ‘Scheduling Resource Regions’ screen.
 

  

In order to add competencies & Certificates to a resources you can navigate to;

Human Capital Management→ HCM Services→ Person Management→ Person Qualifications→ Person Competencies 

& add the competency & the certificate.

 

 

These entered information would be visible in Dispatch console.

The persons I created under “Application base setup-->enterprise” are not visible here, so unable to add any competency/certificate. Any tips?

I assigned competency in the task using additional qualifications tab

 

but in dispatch console, when i see view Eligible resource, it does not apply this filter  on competency

 


Hi @anushakh you have to add the competencies for your resources from the Employee Competencies page.

 

If you don’t see your resources in the dropdown, it’s because you don’t have any resources with HR Manager Access as only a supervisor can add a competency to an employee. Therefore, you’ll have to navigate to the Supervisor - Access Setup page and grant HR application manager access to one of the resources (preferably the resource you use to login with)

 

 

After that you should be able to add employee competencies.
