Bumping not working

Hi All,

Currently we are facing Bumping issue.. System should prioritize High Priority task in place of Low priority task. but its not working as expected in PSO. 

Example there is a P4 task assigned @12:00PM & we got new P3 task system should move the P4 task to back & it should assign the P3 in front but its not happening.

Hi Shiyaz,

Have you tried running the dataset through the Explainability Service? You can make a request for the P3 task and the results should tell you why it has not been scheduled where you were expecting.
