Dear Team,

Please let us know the purpose of Work status present in FSM Mobile App impact in PSO.

We are having 4Work statuses i.e On Break, Off Break, On Shift, Off shift. As we are aware that On shift and off Shift are present in Legend and visible  in Resource gantt.

Kindly let us know the usage of On break & Off break in PSO and visiblilty in resource gantt
