While scheduling resource we need to make Scheduling Resource Type but when try to create , field like address ID we do not find anywhere to fill . Attached is the screenshot .
In which module we can find address ID end and start.

You can enter Address ID Start & Address ID End in ‘Scheduling Resources’ screen.

Create an address for the person related to the resource.
