dispatch console filters not working

Hi All,

We have added competency to work task also added job which includes competency is also added but in dispatch console when we click on eligible resources that competency filter doesn't show up. what can be possible solution ?

Hi @HDZRISHABH have you added the competencies to your resources in “Employee Competencies”?
