When we click on eligible resource under unallocated task, only resource group filter is turned on automatically but other filter don’t work . We also added certificates and competencies but still filter of dispatch console don’t work properly.

 

 

Hi @HDZRISHABH please make sure to add the necessary competencies, regions etc. in the work task as well.
