Hello, 

While testing the functionality of having shifts with the Manual Scheduling only option we noticed that an activity will only become allocated if we check the options Fix Resource and Fix Date and Time that appear on the Changes Panel that appear after dragging the activity to the position wanted. Does anyone know if this is the proper behavior of the system? Shouldn’t it be enough just drag and drop the activity without checking the two options?
