Hello,we are using Apps 10.How can I add custom field in “Configuration Search Assistant”. What is the base view for this dialoge?When you are using configurator (CTO), on customer order line you can click “Find existing”: then this dialoge appears: how to add custom fileds here?? 

Hiwhat is the standard IFS process for inter company purchase order change order handlingwhen enforcing use of purchase order change order mandatory for all the process. when CO and PO both Released.we want to modify price for the part number at source( demand ) customer order,  system will stop and ask us to create purchase order change order ( but we not want to modify Purchase order price, only we need to modify customer order line price. how to add new line in the same CO and PO   

We currently utilize Incoming Customer Order to process incoming EDI xml files.  Today, we let IFS calculate the price of the product based on price lists and customer agreements, and overwrite any price received in the file.  In the future we would like accept the price from the incoming file instead.  We have not been able to figure out how to change this, though.  Are we missing some flags on the customer or in the xml file?  Do we need a different solution to bypass the pricing set up for manually created orders? Current xml price tags used:<UNIT_PRICE_IN_OUR_CURRENCY>65.01</UNIT_PRICE_IN_OUR_CURRENCY><UNIT_PRICE_IN_SUPPLIER_CURRENCY>65.01</UNIT_PRICE_IN_SUPPLIER_CURRENCY> We did notice that the “Original sales Price” in Incoming Customer Order does not populate: Price

Hello,  Do you have any idea how to do emailing (multiple targets) or at least send email with “Merge mail” functionality as it was possible back in days in IFS10 from marketing campaign? Thanks in advance for your answer. Dominik 

HiI am wondering if we are the only ones with this issue.In order for the quotation date to populate on a sales quotation, we have to print preview the quotation, then close the preview, then email it via ifs.The date does not populate if we simply email the quote.This is a lot of unnecessary extra clicks for no reason.Ifs Cloud 22.2.8Thanks

Hi All, I want to create a new CRM Contact from the Application CRM Companion, but I can’t without selecting an existing “Person” first, which is obviously a very constraining problem _ because I don’t have access to “Person” on this app _ and most of the time, the sales rep using this app wouldn’t have time to create a “Person”Do you know how to get rid of this issue ?

Can anyone tell me what this setting would be in IFS Cloud?  That normally points to the middleware server.  We have RPL files that use that to export XML data for operational reporting.

Hello,We would like to grant user access to Business Opportunities depending on a field value.Example :for each Business Opportunity, we have a field named “Sector” with 3 possible values “A”, “B” or “C”.  We have 5 user groups “a”, “b”, “c”, “d” and “e”.When the Business Opportunity :Sector = “A” then the members of the user groups “a” and “c” can see this Opportunity. Sector = “B” then the members of the user groups “b” and “d” can see this Opportunity. Sector = “C” then the members of all user groups can see this Opportunity. Question : how to do that ?

I’ve run into a unique issue where a Case is not visible to a user unless they are added to a Case Access Group with restrictions defined as “None’.Why is it necessary for a Case Access Group to be defined for the user to see the case?A little background:23R2 SU 2Case Type: GlobalAssignee has access to the Support Organization and the Queue 

Navigate to Create Consolidated Picklist for Customer Orders Select List of Values for Order No Some Order Numbers presented will be Cancelled and/or Planned This occurs anytime the user attempts to Create a Consolidated Picklist for Customer Orders.   

When a new inventory part is added in a customer order line, the condition code by default is being set to "Normal" in the new 23R2 upgraded version(CFG).Couple of questions 1. What is the significance of the newly introduced condition code?2. Does removing this condition code from the basic data, create issues in any of the existing modules? UIsers do not want the default to be set to Normal. 

We are using the Avalara tax integration, IFSAPP9.  Where can I see the XML files that are being sent/received from Avalara?  Also, is there anywhere to see errors that are being sent back if an invoice fails to upload?

Hello,We have started noticing cases where a customer will show in IEE’s version of Rep 360 but not Aurena. See below for an example. Customer 103205 shows in IEE for this rep but is missing from Aurena. Any ideas as to why this might be happening? Is there a setup step being missed?

Hello Guys,my request is to stop generating a shipment when a row is found in a custom LU and interactively this is working good: with error_sys a pop-up appears and the shipment is not generated. The problem is when the user run the creation of the consolidated pick list in background. If the row is found, then no shipment is created. How is it possible to just skip that shipment and let the procedure go on and created the others ?Thanks to anyone that can help me.

We have multiple requests coming in from the sales team for material reservations against forecasted POs from customers down the line ~ 1 month/2 month/etc. What is the best way to execute this request through IFS10. Currently our warehouse planner executes manually reservations with an Excel log which is cumbersome and not effective.
