Hello,

It appears that our users have created 2 Accounts CRM - Prospect which are actually referring to the same company. We cannot delete them as they both have Leads and Activities connected to them.

Is there a way to easily merge them, so that we could keep the data of both accounts?

Hi,

In IFS Cloud 23R2 it is possible to merge leads with an assistant but unfortunately there is no easy way to do that in earlier versions.

@Annjse  does the “Merge Account” feature available in “Account - CRM” page can merge Business Opportunities and Business Activities?

 

I only see these in the wizard:

 

Business Activities may be merged when “Merge Lead” feature is triggered in Leads.

 

Is there any feature to migrate Opportunities and Activities from one Account to another?

The Merge Account feature does not handle business opportunities and business activities so you cannot merge an account if opportunities or activities have been created. This might be improved in a future release but for the time being it is not supported.
