When we set the status of a quote line to “LOST” the total value of the Sales Quotation is not reduced. 

Once the line is lost, it cannot be edited. 

We would expect the total value to be reduced by the value of the lost line.

Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Change the value to zero before setting as lost?  Put the original quote value in the Notes (or a custom) field?  Not ideal, I grant you...

Thanks, Linda - yes, that would absolutely resolve the issue going forwards you’re right. 

However, we have a quote in our Prod env. with lost lines and the total is incorrect (both internally and on output dox).

I’ve been going around in circles trying to work this one out!
