Is this a known issue with the outlook plugin?

When we have a customer contact saved as both a contact and communication method it prevents us from creating an activity out of outlook for that email address.

When a contact is saved as a contact only we can create actives from outlook.

I just checked this scenario and I was able to create Business Activity without an issue.

I tested in 23R1 cloud version and the bellow email address is saved as a communication method and a contact record for the same customer (TP2308 SU4 i1 Ac).
As shown in below picture, when I see the contact in the outlook panel, I can use the arrowhead to select the communication method or the contact (in this case both are related to same TP2308 SU4 i1 Ac, and that is why it is shown twice) and then correctly create the Business Activity against to either the communication method or the contact without an issue. If I select the communication method of the email, the Business activity does not include the contact by default.

Can you please mention the IFS product version to verify this scenario in that same version.
