HelloWe are attempting to use the CRM Panel to create business opportunities and business mails from incoming emails. Right now, the business mails are creating, but attachments are not flowing from outlook to IFS. I checked my CRM/SRM Panel Settings and i have SAVE_EMAIL_BODY set to TRUE and SKIP_ATTACHMENTS set to FALSE. I dont receive any errors when creating the business mail, it just doesnt attach anything. Any tips?

Hello, This happens with 2 different customers in different versions (23.1.10 and 23.2.3). The CRM Panel has been installed correctly, the doc class has been defined for the docs and the Default Settings have been entered correctly: DOC_CLASS - populated SKIP_ATTACHMENTS - falseBut the attachments from the email are not populating into IFS Business Mails as an attachment. Does anyone know how to fix this, or is it an issue with the versions? Kind regards, Eric

We are running Apps10 UPD16.When we have multiple tax lines on the instant invoice:When printing the Instant Invoice, there is only one tax line lumping all 3 lines above together.Our customer requires a breakdown of all of the tax lines.  Is it possible to print all of the tax lines on the Instant Invoice report without having to modify and make a new layout? Thanks, Michelle

Running into a few different setup issues with call center (23R2 S2)It’s possible that an Assignee can be added to Queues that belong to Support Organizations which they themselves do not belong to.   What would be the benefit of this set-up? Cases Queued to my Queues - Lobby Element - My Call Center The Assignee is connected to a Case Access Group with a restriction of Local.  They are only connected to Support Organization A.  Many cases exist with a Case Type of Global.  The Assignee is able to see other cases that do not belong to their Support Organization in Cases Queued to my Queues lobby element.  They are also able to Accept these cases.   Why would this be the case? Is there a permission set that could be overruling this basic data set-up? Is there functionality defined for Case Completion vs Case Closure?  For example, what would be the intended to benefit to complete the cas

In our DEV or TEST environments Create a customer order for a make to order part Example: Site: MEX Sales Part: 3501-BDLP-95 Sourcing Option = Shop Order Manufacturing Lead time = 4 days Site Picking Lead time = 2 days Customer order O322431 entered in MEX site for customer 12290 Wanted Delivery Date = 10/20/23 Line entered for 3501-BDLP-95, Qty 1 Upon saving the line a popup message appears stating: “Due Date earlier than today’s date. Earliest possible delivery date is 10/27/23”. This calculation would be correct based on the mfg and picking lead time. However, on the customer order line the Planned Delivery Date and Planned Ship Date both state “10/20/23”. So it appears the availability check is calculating the earliest date correctly but is not updated the customer order line with that date.

Hi! One user is getting an error like this when trying to save personal profile. She would like to save for example default handling unit type. 

IFS application 10 UPD22 - IEE client We are trying to limit the number of devices a userid can be logged into IFS at the same time.  We are working with Oracle Profile - Sessions / User.     A value of UNLIMITED appears to allow an unlimited number of logins on multiple devices.A value of 3 (or more) appears to allow an unlimited number of logins on multiple devices.A value of 1, or 2, does not allow the userid to login, with the system responding with “invalid login credentials”. Have others got this working?The goal is to prevent sharing of accounts, requiring each user to log in with their own account.

We will be implementing IFS CRM in our Cloud 23R2 environment in the second half of the year.  We are testing the conversion of Sales Quotations into Sales Orders and noticed that the Resulting Sales Order is created in a Status of “Released”.  Can we control this so that the Sales Order Created is in a “Planned” Status?

Hi Team, I need clarification on how PRICAT works. Can we send updated lines for a price list or do we have to create new lines? Changing the price on an existing line does not seem to be taken into account by PRICAT. Can you confirm it to me ?Thanks, Fabrice 

Three inventory transactions showing in Distribution and Manufacturing Postings Analysis with status code 99, description NotBalanced.Review of the inventory transactions show they are missing accounting posting rows. Customer is unable to find a method to add the missing data to balance the transactions.Customer confirmed there have been NO changes to our inventory posting controls.How do we correct these unbalance transactions?

We successfully configured a print agent for IFS8 on a windows server and have been using it for several years. Occasionally, it will report that it is unable to connect to the URL of the application server, reporting that it is either not running or is not correctly configured. From that point on, we are unable to print anything from IFS.The application is running. The only way we have found to get printing working again is to stop and restart the ManagedServer1 process. Did anyone notice that Default Info is not ticked if the purchase order is generated from PO requisitions. 

Hello, I have a question related to amounts mapping in the intercompany workflow.I am using ORDERS message class to send PO from customer company to supplier company and CO gets created with all information in supplier company, except for the price field. Also when i modify quantities in a PO change order, and send it to the supplier company, the quantities are modified but not the price, it is set to zero again even if in process i had manually added in CO before change order. Do you have any idea on how to first get the price mapping from CO to PO?  (i can see the amounts in the out and inbox connectivity message being transferred from customer company to supplier) We don’t use internal price sources for the part on CO line as we try to get price from PO. NB : in this customer scenario, , supplier gives amount to put into PO to customer (information given through a shared excel), that is why it is required to have same amounts in PO

Hi All,We would like to log more communications with our Customers in IFS. So far we found Business mail and Business Activity's and this looks great for Business Lead and Business opportunity's,  but it seems unable to connect those to customer orders or an project. Hope someone can give me some advice. How do others log ther communication about a customer order in IFS?  Currently using IFS10 IEE​​

Hiwhat is the standard IFS process for inter company purchase order change order handlingwhen enforcing use of purchase order change order mandatory for all the process. when CO and PO both Released.we want to modify price for the part number at source( demand ) customer order,  system will stop and ask us to create purchase order change order ( but we not want to modify Purchase order price, only we need to modify customer order line price. how to add new line in the same CO and PO   

We currently utilize Incoming Customer Order to process incoming EDI xml files.  Today, we let IFS calculate the price of the product based on price lists and customer agreements, and overwrite any price received in the file.  In the future we would like accept the price from the incoming file instead.  We have not been able to figure out how to change this, though.  Are we missing some flags on the customer or in the xml file?  Do we need a different solution to bypass the pricing set up for manually created orders? Current xml price tags used:<UNIT_PRICE_IN_OUR_CURRENCY>65.01</UNIT_PRICE_IN_OUR_CURRENCY><UNIT_PRICE_IN_SUPPLIER_CURRENCY>65.01</UNIT_PRICE_IN_SUPPLIER_CURRENCY> We did notice that the “Original sales Price” in Incoming Customer Order does not populate: Price

Hello,  Do you have any idea how to do emailing (multiple targets) or at least send email with “Merge mail” functionality as it was possible back in days in IFS10 from marketing campaign? Thanks in advance for your answer. Dominik 

HiI am wondering if we are the only ones with this issue.In order for the quotation date to populate on a sales quotation, we have to print preview the quotation, then close the preview, then email it via ifs.The date does not populate if we simply email the quote.This is a lot of unnecessary extra clicks for no reason.Ifs Cloud 22.2.8Thanks
