I don’t know about anyone else. I don’t have access to this link?
Ok, no worry. Let me share the contents here.
This error message appears when updating the crystal layout in Quick Reports and when trying to delete Crystal Quick Reports. The error only occurs for Crystal Quick Reports that existed in previous IFS versions and came through the upgrade process. Any new quick reports can be updated/deleted without issue.
While investigating a case, I discovered that there are multiple crystal-type quick reports in the system and these reports are linked to the "quick_report_tab" table. However, the contents of these reports are missing from the 'report_layout_cr_qr_tab' table, which is essential for their proper functioning.
To resolve this issue, I took the following steps:
Remove all records from "quick_report_tab" for crystal-type reports: Start removing all records associated with crystal-type reports from "quick_report_tab" to remove any inconsistencies (copy data to a backup table before removing).
After records are deleted, you have the option of manually reimporting crystal-type reports, importing through an ACP, or importing through a delivery method.
I hope this works.
Regards,
Saikat
