Cannot add an Inventory Part Location.

When selecting New and adding a Part Number, the screen times out and presents an Error Message. Refreshing the cache did not resolve the issue. When trying to add a new location, the part number doesn't auto populate and when we try to type the part number in to force it to go through, it takes it out right away.

Are there any custom fields set up on this screen that could be causing this error?

 


@Hashane Bolonne I just tested in a 23.2.2 and 24.1.0 environment and I couldn’t replicate this issue.

Is this an IFS hosted environment or remote deployment? From the error message I would say this issue could be related to network latency? i.e. taking too long for the Aurena Client to receive a response from the DB.
