Outlook add-in is not working for the IFS cloud

Some users are getting the following error

What do you think is the best way to solve this?

Please check whether rmpanel component is active and running as a container in this environment. 

If this works for some users then probably some configurations in outlook can cause issues like this.

SOLUTION #1

  1. Open Internet Options (press Windows key + R, type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter key).
  2. Select Security tab.
  3. Select Internet from the available zones.
  4. Tick Enable Protected Mode and click OK.
  5. Relaunch Outlook and try again.
