Hi everyone,I am having an issue in WaDaCo when trying to find a pick list.  If I search for the pick list using the search function, I do get a result. However, when I try to find it through the list, no results are shown. This is important because, for the customer, the process must be done through the list since it is part of their scanning flow.   I have already reviewed the related shop orders, shipments, and the order process in general. The pick list is being created normally, and from what I have checked, the WaDaCo configuration also seems to be correct.At this point, I am trying to understand what I could be overlooking.Has anyone experienced something similar?Are there any conditions, filters, statuses, or settings that would allow a pick list to be found through direct search but not displayed in the list view in WaDaCo?Any guidance would be appreciated.Thank you.Anderson Echavarria 

On AssystME 11.8.1 (On Prem) - we are getting this error for a certain privilege group that my user belongs to.  I’m sure this is something within the Privilege group, but unsure of what is needed. 

Hi,  I have an issue with the creation of purchase requisitions. Some requisitions are automatically created with “latest order date” in the past.  It seems like it sabstracts the Supplier Manufacturing Lead Time as weekdays (5) and not calendar days (7).For a part #7513, the supplier manufacturing lead time is 10 days. For this supplier, the external transport, the transport, the internal transport and safety lead times are 0.  So the “latest order date” should be equal to : Wanted receipt date - Supplier Manufacturing Lead time.  But, a purchase requisition line was created with “wanted receipt date = 08/04/2026” and “latest order date = 20/03/2026” Am I missing something ?

Just wondering if anyone knows an exact date when support for IFS cloud 24R1 ends. I can see the last SU (SU23) was released last week and I am currently testing 25R1 through the business in our test environment. Just need to get a steer on how long I can take for testing before I need to deploy to production so I am not out of support

Our IFS revision is IFS9 UPD11; We are trying to print Barcode(ZPL) using Script Plugin,we created a RPL file, and imported the layout to the “Shop Order Pick List” report.Att 1: .rpl Script Att 2: ifs-printagent-config.xml IFS Print Agent was enabled;  the mapped Zebra Printer can print the report which designed by Report Designer;If we check the "Send E-mail to..." item in the report print dialog, then we can receive an email about the ZPL code in its attachment, The ZPL Code drawn correctly on the Labelary Online ZPL Viewer; but when I choose print the label on the Zebra printer, the system show a error message:Att 3:  Error Message: “PluginExecute Failed. Error uncPrintBinary” What caused this error?

We are experiencing a strange client error after our upgrade to 25R2. A client error “cannot read properties of null” appears after saving a record in a list or assistant. The save operation finishes, though. But in an assistant the client error still blocks the flow because the page has to be reloaded or abandoned. Reading the failing code in the console in developer tools, it seems to be related to reading the home pages for entities, constructing URLs for those. It only appears for certain permission sets though, but we cannot figure out exactly what is missing. Any clues?

We have an intercompany setup, meaning we enter all customer orders in 1 site (principal) for the external customer and order the parts from our internal supplying sites (intercompany sites) with supply code “Int Purch Dir”.As we use the Supply Chain Matrix for customer, we populate different external transport leadtime onto the customer order line, because depending on the customer’s location we have different transport times from each internal site.Pain point: When we release a customer order it passes down the external transport leadtime from the order lines to the order lines on the internal customer order.Is there any way to prevent that?

When IFS Support staff need to access PRD or UAT in Cloud Managed Services, should they be issued a generic admin username and password so they can investigate problems with ease or should a company set up a new username and password for each IFS support person along with relevant permissions to enable them to investigate each specific issue? How does each option impact the license agreement, for which the customer is responsible? 

Hi,As the title says I’d like to set a Pre-Posting on my Finance Project / AFPs that are raised against the Sales Contract (link to a Project). The Project Invoice (and it’s postings) should inherit these pre-postings are per the below (defined on my finance project).  However, I can only get my Project invoice to inherit my a Fixed Value Account and Project Code Part. The rest don’t pull through at all. Here's my posting control set up. Please can someone advise what we’re missing? Thanks, Tom   

Hi everyone,We’ve recently installed IFS Cloud 25R2 and have started testing the e‑invoicing features. During our checks, we noticed that the UBL 2.1 file generated by IFS for the outgoing invoice flow does not fully comply with the requirements of the French tax authorities.Some mandatory XML tags appear to be missing, such as the SIREN and the invoice routing address.I’d be interested to know whether other users have encountered the same issue, and if so, what solutions or workarounds you are considering.Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Dear community,  we have IFS Cloud and what we want to do, before GO-LIVE date, is to print the labels for all the materials to mark them with IFS codes accordingly.  This we can do only once the goods are admitted into the warehouse (within the test environment). Is there any way to print the labels for the materials without having to stock it in?
