Hi all.
I have a client (with IFS Cloud 24R2) that send by email, automatically, the invoices. We have set up the Sender email and it is working.
The problems is that when the customer click the “Print Invoice”
In this case, the system has to create the pdf (Report Design) and send it by email automatically. But, suddenly, this process stop working (we do not if anything in any server was changed) But, from that moment it is not possible to send invoices. We do not know if it’s something related to Print Agent….
The status in Print Manager screen is always “Remote Waiting” and the printer is “No printout”.
Any idea???? We have a serious problem!!!!
