We are running IFS Cloud 25r1 hosted by IFS.  We have a logic change for our costing process and our BOM’s are extremely large.  We need to have all of our items in our build place environment in order to test this logic change thoroughly.  I asked IFS Support if it was possible to clone our CFG environment to our build place environment and they told me to post my question here.  Has anyone else done this before? 

We are facing an issue in IFS Cloud where the Arrival Report is generated separately for each PO line instead of consolidating all lines under the same Purchase Order or receipt session. This results in multiple reports being printed instead of a single document containing all PO lines.We would like to understand whether this is standard behavior or if a configuration exists to group multiple PO lines into one Arrival Report. 

Can we read email attachments using the IFS Cloud Mail Reader? Are there any specific limitations on the attachment types supported?

Hi,i’m experimenting with creating bundle tasks and following the instructions in 24R2 NGSM Demystified document and not seeing the same screen options available.From a work task search, I selected the ‘Bundle’ option to create. All tasks are at new status and a bundle task number was created (see image) However, the screen screenshot in the set up guide is labelled Request Bundle Task and has a screen option including Handling information which is completely missing in the view I have.We would like to use this functionality but I’m not getting very far. I just successfully completed the IFS Cloud - Extensibility Specialist Workshop According to my understanding, this is the last step to obtain the IFS Cloud - Extensibility Certified Practitioner certification. The official document detailing the path to obtain the certification says that you should “complete this workshop to obtain the Certified Practitioner badge” How come I have not received the badge via Credly?

I’ve tried multiple browsers.  Others on my team also have this same issue.  After logging into the Community, I type in the search box and it returns no suggestions and no results.  Any help is appreciated.

Hello When generating a report from IFS Cloud, dynamic image expressions using field values fail to resolve correctly. The same report works without issues when previewed directly in JasperSoft Studio.We have in jaspersoft $F{CONTRACT} + “_stamp.jpg” and image names uploaded with jrxml file; 1_stamp.jpg 2_stamp.jpg but we cannot call these dynamic image names in IFS. When we hardcode image name and call Operational Report from IFS it works fine.Is there any way how could we call different images for same report? Thank you

We are calling the REST API (GET). through the workflow, where we are calling the Response header and Response body but in the result, we are only getting the response Body and not the Header.

I have had a real hard time trying to search for topics on the community page. When I enter in keywords, it brings up all sorts of topics. It will bring up any topic with any of the keywords in the search and if I narrow down to just a few keywords, there are normally a few hundred topics.My suggestion would be to make the search engine more functional to bring back better results. Even when I go to create a ticket, all results that come back have nothing to do with my issue.I understand that the efficiency of a search engine has a lot to do with the user inputting a search, but I try to search all sorts of things and very rarely find an answer on the topic at hand. I feel like I know how to use a search engine well.

I have a Lobby with 13 elements. if shows data from 5 different Views.  Lobby when Not Updating When the auto refresh happens. then the Lobby layout makes all kind of spacings. Lobby when Auto Refreshingthis is not ideal.Do any one know why this is happening in IFS 10? ​​​​​​

Business Reporter report is scheduled to send an email. But it’s not attached the xlsx file in the email even though the email body has below “The Excel-file for report XXXXX is ready and is attached in this mail. Save the attached file in a trusted location before opening it.”This is IFS cloud 24R1Is there any report rule or Event needs to setup for this?

Hello IFS Community,I hope you are well.I have created a lobby of type Counter, which allows filtering based on a specific field. When I navigate to access the target screen, the navigation works correctly and the screen opens as expected. However, the filter does not apply on this screen.For your information, I have properly added the filter in the condition and I have also checked the option “Use the data source condition.”I have already implemented the same type of lobby and navigation on another screen using the same logic, and it works properly there.Please find attached a screenshot of the screen with the lobby element for reference.Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue or if there is any additional configuration required for the filter to be applied correctly during navigation?Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards,Karim 

I wonder if it is possible to encrypt data using "DBMS_CRYPTO" or "SQL*Net".Are there any IFS users who are using these features to encrypt data?Also, if there are any users who have achieved SQL encryption using other methods, please let us know the IFS version and the general method of how to do it.

If an order is in status Invoiced/closed, are you able to roll back, so that you are able to cancell the order.In our system today we have decided that all our SCO orders will not stop at any steps, so they are Invoiced/closed from the start. That means that no “manually” steps are made.That works fine on 90 % of our invoices from the service contract module.But some of our customers would like to see a proforma invoice, before they want to pay.That means that I need the possibility to sent a proforma invoice to the customer from the SCO order and then be able to set the order back in status “Planned”, if I do not want to invoice the customer for this amount.Do anyone of you know, if this is possible to roll back and already Invoiced/closed order ?

If yes, is this user intended to be a technical/global user only, rather than a real end user? Do you use a dedicated global login such as XXXXX--ZZGLOBAL for this purpose?
