IFS Cloud 25R1Description: While attempting to add or enable CUSTOM fields on the Receive Shop Order Manually view in IFS Cloud, we encountered a limitation related to the view type. The issue occurs because this view is implemented as a Dialog. As far as we understand, Dialog and Assistant type views currently do not support adding CUSTOM functions. In IFS Applications 10, it was possible to add CUSTOM fields for this process because the functionality was available in a separate, standard window rather than a popup (Dialog or Assistant). Due to this change in the UI architecture in IFS Cloud, it appears that similar CUSTOMizations cannot be implemented in the same way as before. Question: Is there any recommended workaround or alternative approach to implement CUSTOM fields or logic for Dialog or Assistant views in IFS Cloud?

Hello IFS Community,I hope you are well.I have created a lobby of type Counter, which allows filtering based on a specific field. When I navigate to access the target screen, the navigation works correctly and the screen opens as expected. However, the filter does not apply on this screen.For your information, I have properly added the filter in the condition and I have also checked the option “Use the data source condition.”I have already implemented the same type of lobby and navigation on another screen using the same logic, and it works properly there.Please find attached a screenshot of the screen with the lobby element for reference.Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue or if there is any additional configuration required for the filter to be applied correctly during navigation?Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards,Karim 

I wonder if it is possible to encrypt data using "DBMS_CRYPTO" or "SQL*Net".Are there any IFS users who are using these features to encrypt data?Also, if there are any users who have achieved SQL encryption using other methods, please let us know the IFS version and the general method of how to do it.

If an order is in status Invoiced/closed, are you able to roll back, so that you are able to cancell the order.In our system today we have decided that all our SCO orders will not stop at any steps, so they are Invoiced/closed from the start. That means that no “manually” steps are made.That works fine on 90 % of our invoices from the service contract module.But some of our customers would like to see a proforma invoice, before they want to pay.That means that I need the possibility to sent a proforma invoice to the customer from the SCO order and then be able to set the order back in status “Planned”, if I do not want to invoice the customer for this amount.Do anyone of you know, if this is possible to roll back and already Invoiced/closed order ?

Hello,When trying to cancel a Purchase Order Line (via Change Order or direct action) that is connected to a Work Order, IFS Cloud throws the following error:ORA-20110: PurchaseOrderLine.CANCELWOPEG: There are peggings connected to this purchase order line. Remove the pegging first, then cancel the purchase order line.    Could you please advise how to remove the pegging between the Purchase Order Line and the Work Order in IFS Cloud?Is this done from the Work Order, the Purchase Order Line, or via a specific supply/demand pegging view? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,Looks like above environment is not available to access. I get below error when I try to login with a standard user. It was working ok last Friday. Anybody knows if this is down temporarily and somebody is working on getting this up and running. Or should we report this to ifs for them to attend? if yes, where should we report pls?.Also, I was unable to find a schedule gives us information about date/time of next time the whole data get wiped off in this environment, with standard Ventechi data. Hi,  I tried to call update for Reference_ActivityEstimate in ProjectScopeAndScheduleHandling. It works but the API document doesn’t support Update action.I tried to call another Reference_ReopenAccountingProjectRepost in FinancialProjectHandling. Issue: In the report designer, I have four fields. Only one field contains data; the other three are blank and do not display even 0 in the output. When I sum all four fields, the result shows NaN.Requirement: Remove NaN and display the sum as the value from the field that actually has data.

Community, We are scheduling a Inventory Period Statistic Report, it is scheduled on the 1st day of each month. Our inventory statistical period is created on each month basis. We would like system to fetch dynamically on Parameter Period. If it is running on Dec.1, 2025, then 12 should be feched to paramter Period field. What function/SQL statement we should us in field Period? Thank you.
