Hi,I would like to revoke the time reporting for Work tasks and Project in “My time registration”. Additional I would like t revoke the time reporting for attendance except Wage type “Information”. Goal should be, that it is only allowed to register attendence with wage type “information” in the mask “My time registration”     

We currently have an archiving setup in our MWM environment, and we would like to understand how IFS set up the archive. Any information on this would be much appreciated.Thanks, 

Hi! I would like to create a custom field that is connected to LOV and then the user can select a value using F8. Is this possible in IFS 9? 

When I run the command .\main.ps1 -resource 'INGRESS', an issue occurs. I have verified the JFrog repository login, and it is working correctly.The password is also valid. Additionally, the connection to "https://ifscloud.jfrog.io/artifactory/helm/" is successful.Could you please provide a solution for this? I would appreciate your help.

Hi,We’re currently working on IFS Cloud 24R2 and I developed a new page directly using IFS Developer Studio (not as a Custom Page or Custom Field).All labels, prompts, and button texts were initially created in English.After deploying the solution to production, I wanted to add Turkish translations. However, these texts do not appear under the “Translatable Texts” screen in Solution Manager, so I’m unable to translate them.Would appreciate any guidance or best practice for making Developer Studio–based page texts appear in the Translatable Texts list.Thanks in advance!

Greetings!In IFS Apps 10 I am receiving the following error. I did check the Part Configuration for LV MIXER TRUCK and INTERNATIONAL is apart of the LV CHASSIS MFGR. I am not sure how to fix it  

IFS Cloud Ubuntu 20.04 environment, fresh install, error in ifsapp-proxy POD (see attachment). Proxy won’t start. We found this error message: "socket() [::]:8080 failed (97: Address family not supported by protocol)". We don’t have IPv6 in use, is it necessary? How can we change the configuration to use only IPv4?

Hi, We are on IFS Apps 10 UPD26 and will plan to update to 30, 31 or 32. Could you please provide when these updates are expected to be released? Is it ok to stay on UPD26 if we do not have anything that needs to be fixed?

Greetings!I have a dispatch work center that belongs to CW50 below that does not seem to print. Any one know why in IFS apps 10?  

I have a basic expense sheet tied to a project but when trying to authorize, I’m getting the following error, “The level of access cannot be less than 20”.  Does anyone know what his means or how to resolve it? 

TLDR; See question Title.This is a common situation we’ve encountered when attempting to delete a record in IFS. We receive an error message stating that the object is used in another object. Typically the prompt in parenthesis (‘Receipt Inv Location’ in this example) is not the name of the page where the records are entered. We’ve identified that this typically corresponds to the PROMPT value on the entity but have not been able to find a link from the entity to the page. I’ve attempted to dig through the source code but cannot find the metadata that connects the entity to the page. Using the source code or metadata in the database if it exists would both be acceptable methods if they exist.

Is it possible to set different scheduled reports to run in different batch queues? Right now, when scheduling a report, there is only one option for the queue to process it in - the default queue. However, we have some critical leadership reporting that is consistently being delayed due to general user’s scheduling reports. I would like to be able to split leadership reporting into a separate queue to ensure that it is not delayed but other long running reports.

Hi,I am trying to set up e-mail event action when creating a new customer with customer category = Prospect but it doesn’t work. I have attached pictures how I satt upp. I have tested with different value like ‘Prospect’, PROSPECT ‘PROSPECT’ etc but nothing work. When I took away Condition = and Value the mail triggas so it must be wrong syntax on value. Could someone help me to see what is wrong?  We have 24R2SU2, thanks. 

QuestionBelow is a copy of a dispatch for a certain product. As you can see the Part number FD BARREL and the Deliver To: CW250 show part numbers. However when I tried to print another dispatch for a different product no part numbers showed up under the same Part number FD BARRELL / CW250. Why would that be in IFS Apps 10? 

Greetings!If I wanted to write a calculation in IFS Apps 10 so that when certain items are chosen in the Configuration ID, IFS runs this calculation and tells me weather those certain items are allowed or not, how do I go about doing that?

Greetings!For some reason there are part numbers not showing up on a Dispatch sheet but are showing up on the BOM. I double checked the routings and the routings are buildable. The parts have the correct Config Structure Rules, everything seems correct but it is not showing up on the Shop Order Pull Sheet. It seems to only not show Operation 10 Notes CW250 

Greetings!For part number FD ENGINE i the Configuration Structure, In see the Operation Numbers listed. However, when I created a DOP the operation numbers do not show up. Anyone know how to fix it in Apps 10?
