HelloWhen to scanner Kanban card no#  for replenishment, can we do some limit to avoid duplicate scan within 1 day interval and where to define this limit in IFS?   (eg: below barcode ID 101370 only can be scanned maximum 2 times or 1 time per day)Please help to check and feedback.ThanksSusan 

Hello,We are looking for a solution regarding shipment with incoterms DAP/DDP. Those incoterms imply that the goods remain to be the vendor's ownership until the delivery completely done.Currently, when we press the button "Deliver" in the shipment (as soon as the freight left the factory), the goods are delivered and the lines are ready to be invoiced. As the shipment can be be up to 3 days, the lines shouldn't not invoiced until delivery has been confirmed and the parts should be in the vendor's books. We explored few solutions :1- Use "Confirm Delivery" in the customer file and "Delay Costs of Goods Sold to Delivery Confirmation" in the company file => It doesn't work with configured parts2- Use Transit shipment locations => Not ideal as it is complety manual and requieres some additional steps. Today, we don't have any solution other than stop the shipment 3 days before month end. The ideal would be "Transit" locations, which would block the invoicing. Do you have any other s

We are in a customer where they were using IFS Apps8 with VDA4905, VDA4915 and VDA4913 but they are going to IFS CLOUD with DELSCH and DESADV.We would need any doc where we can check the steps to get examples of files which will go in (Customer Schedules) or go out (Supplier SChedules or Advanced Shipment NOtes)Regards and thanks in advance

We are seeing that when an authorizer rejects a purchase order authorization, it cancels the PO but re-opens the purchase req.Is there a way to turn this off?  Most of the time our rejections are due to parts not being needed.

We are currently using Apps10, wondering if it is possible to enter latitude and longitude for a customer order delivery address.  We often drop product off at remote work locations that do not have an address and need to be able to input an accurate location to determine the correct tax amounts.  Thanks! In Apps 10, can we extract data from Inventory Part Availability Planning Api and CONFIG_STRUCTURE_API for external sources ( Eg. use the data in external interface/web)?

We have a customer trying to set up a solution where a customer is found in IFS through their telephone number. So whenever the customer calls, IFS will look up the customer in a custom lobby page we have made. We have to deliver a URL link for their phone company who is setting it up. I have found the correct way to create the link, so IFS will open on the lobby page, using the phone number given to find the correct customer. My question is  - is it possible to insert something in that URL link, that makes sure a new window is open in IFS, when running the link? The customer doesn’t want the existing window that are already open to be reloaded, since they are actively working on that.

Good morning IFS Community!!!!Is there a way to convert one inventory part into another inventory part?  For example:  I have an inventory part in EA of a 50 pound bag of potatoes, and I want to convert the 1 each of the 50 pound bag into 10 Eaches of a 5 pound bag.  I am currently using a shop order, and while that is working, it is cumbersome and not one user friendly.  It would be great if there was “CONVERT X Number of PART A into Y Number of PART B”.

We recently upgraded to Apps 10 from App 9.  In Apps 9 we had the pick list creating/printing set up so the pick list would only get created if the customer order was fully reserved.  We have the scheduled task set up the same in Apps 10 as it was in Apps 9.  However, we are getting pick lists created and printed for the items reserved, even though the customer order is not completely reserved.  Please confirm the updates in Apps 10 to stop the creation of the pick lists if the customer order is not completely reserved.  Thank you.

Our business is on v10 IEE , and we use Kanban Circuits for manufactured parts, many of which contain more than one Kanban Card in circulation at one time. The business requests that we track the specific Kanban Card Number (or Barcode ID) which initiated a particular Shop Order Requisition. For example - perform Kanban Replenishment Request job, type in / scan the Kanban Card Number / Barcode ID (which will be one of several Card Numbers for a given part), and the result is a Shop Order Requisition is created using the details from that Kanban Circuit. The request is to have visibility into the specific Kanban Card Number used during this process on the Shop Order Requisition, such as in a read only custom field or in a report. I have not seen how this detail can be found in the database or using APIs. Has your business faced a similar request, and discovered a solution or workaround to achieve the desired result?

I’ve created a report rule to set property of the document file name but that didnt seem to work. Am I using this incorrectly? How can we decrease the stock of packaging when making a shipment?We are creating Handling Units per pallet in “Shipment”, is it possible to connect a package (Inventory Part) to a Handling Unit?The purpose is to keep track of the number of pallets on stock. We don’t have packaging included in the product structure. Thank you!

When creating a task in the Customer Order Lines page, this task is not visible on the Customer Order itself.Environments tested: 23R1 GA & 22R2 SU8Process Steps:Navigate to Customer Order Lines Select a line and Create Task Select OK Navigate to the corresponding Customer Order (detail page)Tasks are not visible in the header and are not available as an option on the line level.  One would expect the associated task to be visible on the Customer Order - Lines Tab.Is this a limitation of core functionality?  In the roadmap?  Or a bug?
