How to make a claim with material replacement ?
I know, I can return of material by ‘Return Material Authorization’ (RMA) without ‘create credit invoice’.
But how can I material replacement without credit invoice ?

I’m not sure if I understand your problem. You mean that you need to send a replacement part once the customer has returned the previous delivered part?
If so, you can then receive the returned part with an RMA and then send the replacement with Price = 0.
Or else, credit the previous one when returning and then invoice again the replacement part.
