Environment: Apps 08
In Purchase order line level Pre-postings, Project field and Asset field is not editable (LoV is not working). In here, No any PR is connected to this PO. This only happens for Part Order Lines. In No Part Order lines, the above mentioned 2 fields are working (LoV is working).
Could you please help me on this?

Especially at the end is something that might be the thing: 'Note - If you enable the M102 it will only affect the non-inventory type purchases, it generally will not affect true inventory related purchases.’

Compare M102 and M108 records found in Posting Control window. My initial thought is you have some missed records for M102.
