In MRO for Multilevel Repair Shop Order Process, In Repair Shop Order/Multilevel Repair Structure Tab is not getting Enabled in IFS -10 Race Version… can any one brief the steps to Enable the Tab.

We are about to upgrade from Apps8 to Apps10 and wanted to know if Apps10 has a solution which would allow WOs to be completed on a mobile device without a network connection. I know this is possible with the MWO app as it has an “offline mode” built into it but we are not looking to use the MWO app as we only have a small number of staff who will need to use it in this format. Therefore we see no reason to have a Touch App server setup for this.Is it possible to process WOs offline without WMO/Touch App solution?

Hi Experts, I have set the and checked following are correct as required in the cloud env. parameter location_on_demand_mode= fine GPS allowed is set to yes in applications in SERVICEENGAPP In “Installed app details”, App GPS enabled is set to YesAnd then from MWO app for the service object I go and click on update map position and set position which gives an message as “object map position updated with retrieved device location”But when I go and check in screen “device location”, there is no relevant record with Lat/long values Could someone please help me on this to understand where it can go wrong? Thanks,Hesh.

Hi TeamWe are getting FND_RECORD_EXIT when system is trying to generate the work order from schedule task and we are getting below error.Sometime we are getting this error and sometime system is generating the work order.When we get FnD_Record_exit system created the work order with blank Work task.  

Hi Experts, I have created a object in my mobile user site and have tasks on that object.Mobile tasks are sync to mobile app.I have added user site to user IFSSERVICEENGAPP in “site per user”.And have added security groups for the permission set as following. But I can not see objects in here  or inside the task under object  Could you please advise me on what could go wrong? Thanks,Hesh

Cannot see Work Type information in MWO Service Eng APP 10 upd 10, is installed the MWO Service Engineer App.Installation has happened properly and all the data has synch with main server, but Work Type information is not fetching.I could not find the reason why they are not synch.    

Hi,I have 1 MWO user that cannot get tasks to appear on the Windows Client.I have deleted the devise and forced a resync.Permissions are fine and she can sign in without issue.She can see eforms but no tasks.I have setup tracing to see if there are any errors, but there are none.All logs that I can think of have no errors related to this user.I can see the tasks in PSO but not in MWO.Any thoughts on what I can try next?Thanks,Rob

Hi :)Is there a transaction where we can see all journal inputs from all work orders, alltogether?So far I have only found Journal under each Work Order. And the amount of WO is way too large for going through all one-by-one.Regards

We are currently on Apps10 UPD14. For customer depot repairs - we use CRO with work orders.  We have a new scenario where we receive the product to repair in site 1and start the work there, then have to move the product to site 2 to complete the repair.We’ve always restricted our repair process to a single site.  Is it possible to have a work order cross multiple sites, and move product between those sites as part of the process?

Hi,We have an issue when setting up our GIS-integration with ESRI ArcGIS. All firewall and ports are open between IFS App server and our ESRI server.Somehow our layers still don’t load as expected when accessing our GIS-map.That leads us to suspect that some extra config is necessary, probably on our ESRI ArcGIS-server.Anyone got documentation descriping technical setup?Best RegardsAnders

Hi All, I have created a Work Task on Service Quotation in IFS Cloud and looking to edit the Planned Hours for the resources. However the planned hours are retrieved based on the duration of the work task.  Is there a way for the resources to have different planned hours for the work task on service quotation?

Dear community, in IFS10 this could be set at Resource Detail level, but for IFS Cloud I cannot find it. Do you know where the equivalent of this setting in IFS10 can be found in IFS Cloud?Regards, Roel

A request has come in from one of our users, asking if it is possible to add conditional formatting on the MWO Service App ‘My Work’ screen. We have ‘Critical’ and ‘Non Critical’ work sent to our engineers and they are wanting Critical Work to be highlighted so they can see it clearly. Thanks, 

Hi I’m working with the employee survey in Apps 10, and want a question where it’s possible to add a remark and to choose between the following answers: YES, NO and N/A.This lead me to a Multi-choice question, but this type doesn’t allow remarks. Or what?My alternative is a YES/NO question and use the optional function, so you can skip the question in case of N/A, but optional is not working with YES/NO question. Hello, when trying to accept a work assignment in MWO, this message appeared, saying that the shift has not been started.Even though it’s no problem in starting the shift and continuing with the work task, I do not understand why this message appeared. For this user there are no shifts defined. Is there a possibility to see in Cloud the shifts (and I haven’t found it yet) or is this related to some kind of synchronization?Thank you very much.

Hello,I’m trying to enable Push Notification option in Windows environment (laptop) for mWO Service. I do not see an option to enable Notification within the windows app settings.
