HiHow can I apply calendar in dispatch screen? I setup a calendar that has 12 hrs per working day from 6 am to 6 pm, so if task duration is 15 hrs, I expect it to go over 2 days but when I drag & drop the task against the resource in dispatch console, it shows only 1 day (considering 24 hrs of work). The resource is tied with that calendar.

Hi guys!Reference: IFS Application 10.I need to change the owner field from Company Owned to Customer Owned for an aircraft.In HELP it says it is not editable.HELP Description: The serial property. A value in this field is mandatory for new serials. This value cannot be updated. Available values ​​are Company Owned, Consignment, Customer Owned, and Supplier Borrowed.Has anyone been through this situation of needing to change? What solution did you find?

We currently have approximately 90 different workflow configurations intended to drive different eforms being presented to technicians based on specific criteria.  All of these workfows are “Work Task” configuration type.  This is currently working as intended.  However, we have come up with certain scenarios that require some items be mandatory that cannot be properly made mandatory utilizing current system capabilities.We are therefore looking to experiment with the Workflow Type of “Configured Work Task”.  But I seem to be having an issue getting these to trigger inside of mWO.  I have mirrored one of the workflows that we currently have as far as the filters and sites are concerned, then disabled any of our workflows that may overwrite this one.But for some reason, the system would rather choose no workfow config at all rather than choose my Configured one.  Is there something I am missing somewhere?  I cannot seem to find any real documentation on how to properly utilize this feat

Currently we use Maint Orgs to limit what objects a user can see in MWO.  This works for most of our employees, however, we have a few who can see more than they should.  How do we rectify this situation?

The majority of our in field staff we use the iOS IFS CRM Application when visiting customer site. It was noticed that the app has been unavailable and upon internal investigation, it appears that there is an issue relating to the IFS Cloud Downlink URL within the IFS Cloud Uplink Service Configuration. We have documented some screen shots of the error we are receiving when trying to start the up link service and what we believe is the issue. My question here is that are you aware of IFS decommissioning any services or do you know anyone that could confirm if there were any plans to decommission. We didn't receive any notification so am a little confused as to why it's suddenly gone.We are in App 7.5   

Hi, In Customer PRD environment (IFS Cloud) we have identified that Push is not enabled for two users. Do you know the reason for this? How can we enable push sync for these users. Thanks and Regards, 

Hello,Can we have a direct link to the Work Order Journal list screen in mWO Service rather than navigating to Work Order > Work Order Journal? I tried adding a Command Group to Navigate to the baseline WorkOrderJournal page from Work Details but it doesn’t redirect me to the screen but stays in Work Details.Please let me know the possibilities. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia

Hi,Could someone tell me, if there is currently available an environment for mobile work orders bug verification and reporting? Previously it was 10rndmobtstlkp.ifsworld.com - seems like it’s down - after entering TAS I get an error opening logon page (lkpgse1603…….) Customer has reported a problem during opening service report after finishing work in mWO (APP10). It happens for 3 users till now, but I was also able to recreate it on my iPad using customer PROD environment, After finishing your work there is a question to open service report. For my first work everything seemed to be OK. But during second and next works, even if I click Cancel system doesn’t allow to get further or close the dialogue.  The only way is to close the application (by killing it) and reopen again. The finish or back or X buttons are inactive,On already finished work orders there is no problem with viewing service report. But now, even I click Cancel, the mWO application is stuck. One of our Customer’s said they want to Cancel/Close a Customer Order which was created through a Work Order - SM Connection Check box ‘Ticked’ in the Header Level. The Order don’t have any lines at the moment.When they try to Cancel the Header, the system presents some dialog boxes (see below example Screenshots. When trying to Close, it appears to work, but nothing happens - Last Screenshot). they tends to believe that it is possible to Cancel/Close the Order despite the SM Connection (subjected to those conditions mentioned in the dialog boxes of course). Is Cancelling a Customer Order with SM Connection at all possible? If yes, under what conditions?

In our setup, we have 12 difference Sites (split per country) currently if I transfer to mobile and check “Pool Work Order” it goes out to all our engineers globally. And I don’t want someone in Americas to fly to Europe to do a service where we have an engineer within 1 hour drive.Is there a way we can split this up, so it only goes out to the engineers connected to XX site? Hi Experts,  One of our  customer has been updated to 23R1 SU2 in environment, and when logging in to MWO they are not seeing any tiles for processes.   They have given the all the required security grants,  What can be the issue for this. How to use the Clock-In and Clock-Out functionality in work assignment

I would like to use the same calendar (MAINT: Off on Saturdays and Sundays) for all maintenance organizations. It is used for both corrective maintenance and PM actions. However, there is an exception for preventive maintenance as the work is carried out according to a 24/7 calendar every day of the year.When I use a maintenance organization on a PM action and add a new calendar (MAINTPREV: 365/24/7) in the PM action trigger, the calendar of the maintenance organization takes precedence.The solution I found is to create dedicated maintenance organizations for PM actions with a MAINTPREV calendar. However, this is very cumbersome because there are more than 20 sites, and each site has 10 maintenance organizations.I am looking for a solution that uses only one calendar (MAINT) for all maintenance organizations but calculates the dates of PM lines according to a 365/24/7 calendar.

We wanted to get some direction from the technical side of setting up Mobile Work Order in IFS Cloud. We want to make sure that logins on mobile go through two factor authentication. That means they need to use AD authentication or limit the devices that can us it.  We are looking to either disable mobile login from nort1app or for a reverse proxy solution that will limit access to specific devices. Or any other option that forces two factor authentication.  Are there other technical documents that could assist us with this? Thank you.

Hi Experts,In Above app when we generate service report, we can see all the reporting details including Tech/Cust signatures, which is great. However, one of our IFS customers who started to use ServiceEng app, has their own customers do not sign, until they see the invoicing amounts, after technician do the service (That is their normal practice). As we know we don’t have sales information in this app, we cannot display sales amounts in the service report.I wonder how such scenarios are mapped who uses ServiceEng app without any modifications? Any thoughts or have similar experience pls share.Thank you,Roshan

hiwhere is ‘employee’ workflow configured for MWO? I want to enable the visibility of ‘Finished’ task (NOT completed task) as a tile on MWO dashboard if possible. I have seen that once the task is marked Finished on cloud screen, it disappears from MWO screen for a technician.ex all such tasks are assignment completed by MWO technician but it no more exists in MWO because it was marked finished in cloud browser. 

Good Afternoon All,   I’ve created a workflow configuration, linked the maintenance survey and set the maintenance survey to trigger upon work start.  When I transfer the work order & task to the mobile,  start the job.  The survey doesn’t appear nor does it show in the eforms section.  I also tried in the technician portal and had the same issue.  This is within IFSCLOUD  Any support/feedback appreciated
