Cannot see Work Type information in MWO Service Eng

 

APP 10 upd 10, is installed the MWO Service Engineer App.

Installation has happened properly and all the data has synch with main server, but Work Type information is not fetching.

I could not find the reason why they are not synch.

Check the Users Mobile Synchronized Entities. Is WorkType listed? If so, is there a filter applied restricting data?

Thank you James, 

tried with the below query it does not show any work type entity  : search shows zero counts

but in Entity Detail the Work Type information is included : it does not connected user information

Can you ensure the Activity ServiceEngApp 1.BasicData is granted to the mobile user as below:

 

 

If this is granted, is a filter applied? When a filter is applied it will show as below:

 

If no filter is applied what is shown in Solution Manager > Touch Apps > Logs and Queues > Logs for this user when they Initialize?
