Does anyone know where the cancellation comment on a work task is kept? I’ve been looking to add it via Page Designer, but can’t find the field anywhere. Tried to debug the field but no view is listed.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Cancellation comment can be found under the Journal tab of the Prepare Work Order window as below.

The Cancellation comment is stored in the Journal Entry for Work Task Status change in Prepare Work Order Journal.

Unfortunately, since we use the Service Management side of things, our work tasks don’t display under Work Management. So would you happen to know where it is kept on the Service Management module in cloud?
+8Currently I do not think there is a way to visualize them for Request connected Work Tasks. But there are some plans to incorporate a event log to track changes on the work task for the future releases.
