I am hoping someone might be able to support me in coming up with a solution.
Current Solution:
We have Engineers using the MWO Service App. 1 Work Order could be assigned to multiple engineers.
Engineers each have their own Parts Delivery Location within IFS.
Custom Field on Purchase Requisition pulls the Engr ID from Resources flagged as Task Leader.
The system has an Event created that pulls the Engr ID from Purchase Requisition Line, finds the Warehouse and populates the Purchase Order with the Engrs Part Delivery Location.
Issue:
It is not always the Team Leader placing the Purchase Requisitions meaning in some instances the Purchase Order is populated with the Incorrect Engineers Delivery Address.
Need:
I want to find a way to pull the Signed In MWO Users Username into the Purchase Requisition Line. So if Joe Bloggs raised the Purchase Requisition on their MWO Device, the Purchase Requisition pulls Joe Bloggs into the IFS Purchase Requisition Line
Question: How do I pull the MWO Logged In User ID into Purchase Requisition? Does it store / know who raised it?
