Hi all,Need to send the work task’s coordinates (latitude and longitude), on a mobile integration link for the IFS MWO Service. I’m having some difficulties with this, but I tested and can send it when using an external link command inside the work details using the following link:https://google.com?ifs-coord=${MapPositionRef.Latitude},${MapPositionRef.Longitude}How can I do this in mobile integrations?

I am implementing Aurena NotifyMe 10 for a customer and noticed that No-part requisition line attachments are not transferred to the notify me app. I am using the same Doc class as for Part requisition lines where those attachments are getting transferred with no issue. Is this a current limitation?Can someone please help me with that ?

After a database clone from PROD to TEST and after running a post clone script, does the touch apps server on the TEST instance need to be re-installed completely from scratch?

Dear All, After returning the part/material via the Return tab on Work Task, the part still remains as issued in the Material tab rather than automatically going to unissued. This probably causes one to perform the ‘Start Rental’ option even after  the ‘End Rental’ event has occurred.. Is this a bug in the application or I am missing out on something? Kindly help on the same.. This appears to be a bug..

Hi, With the rental management process, it is possible to manage the rental of a tool from a Supplier directly from a Work Task : start rental, end rental...Is it possible to manage this kind of rental from MWO Service App ?I cannot find these actions on the work assignment pushed to the mobile device.If this functionality is not available on MWO app, is it part of the roadmap to add it ?Kind regards,Lénaïc

All, I am receiving an installation failure while installing TAS.  It looks like this may be a certificate issue, however, the certificates all valid.  Are there any suggestions on how to resolve this error?    Best regards, Mark 

Hello Community, I completed the IFS TAS installation using F1 documentation.Frankly, I didn't understand the Redirect URI part at all. But I guess it is caused by Redirect URI.touch apps server something went wrong! tas downloads - no item available.Ps: If anyone can help me with my installation; I can share it on a remote connection. Best Regards

My customer is using MWO Maint App with Apps10. They are using a tablet and on this Tablet IFS is installed. It is possible to link a IFS Client URL in Mobile Intergration and when klicking on it in mWO , the specific mask will open in IFS? 

Hello, I need to create a custom event, where i send a push notification into MWO, when a property of an entity gets changed to Approved. When i try to create the custom event this property doesnt show in any of the tables of the attribute, can someone help please? This Status is attribute Objstate and has label Status.When i create a custom event, so that when an object is changed it will send the push notification, and choose the entity, i can’t find in any of the following tables the attribute Status or Objstatus:  Thanks for the Help,Francisco Lopes

I have created material order no in MWO app, but the order no is not visible until the app is initialized.How to fix this? Is there any way we can display the material Order no created from MWO app without initializing the application?Tried syncing the application, but no output.

What determines whether the MWO homepage tiles are displayed in a single color vs. the multi-color theme?I’m using MWO 24.6.1242.0 on Windows and iOS, I use an Appearance Mapping with a single user condition, I did refresh the cache and also disconnected MWO.The issue occurs on 23.2.5, but I’ve seen it in other releases, too.

In my customer environment, there are a couple of new parts that they have created.Now when we want to execute Returns on the MWO, it suddenly asks for a Lot Batch no: Whilst the Lot Tracking for that part is not enabled:Part No where MWO asks for Lot Batch No Now during prototype we had set up a different part to show case, which has a similar set-up to the part above: Part No where MWO does NOT ask for Lot Batch Noand for this one, MWO doesn't ask for a Lot Batch No.Here my returns work as intended and designed. Also in the inventory part records, there are no differences to be detected, other than the on hand quantity. This is shouldn't be an issue, seeing as the returned parts are Serial Object that are part of a structure. There are a couple of differences in the structure/serial objects such as customer vs company owned, objects that have been created via the service object screen vs functional & serial object screens, but they don't solve the issues that we are having, alrea

Hi All, I have a question around automatic creation of Locations in the service module. My understanding is that if you set up a customer address with an address type of visit it will auto create a location in service. However when I have done this, nothing has been created. Is there a setting I need to turn on to do this?  

Hello, This question is regarding the application reflecting data in different time zones.   The customer sever is located in Sweden and therefore the server time in CET. When a transaction is created from mwo application it goes to the Out messages and the Psuh queue.  Below test was performed in CET time (02:05 PM) In Out messages, the Created time of the Out message is shown in UTC time.​​​​However, when I looked at the Push queue, the same transaction could be seen in CET time.             ​​​​​What is the difference? Why we see the created date of the Out message in a different time zone than the server time. Thanks!

I am getting this error message in a Sync Task for a Push message. IFS Cloud 23R2 SU2. How do I troubleshoot? Notice that the table/view/pkg name is not in the error message and there is no db background jobs that process sync tasks now, I believe it is done by the middle tier. Which pod/log file should have more info. I have setup work task cost codes and rules to reverse WIP at CO Line Invoiced and I am only doing this for material.  When I issue material on a work task I see the cost code.  I then transfer inventory and update the GL.  I then proceed to invoice the Work Task and post the customer invoice.  I then re-run the transfer inventory (and reposting job) but I am not see the WIP getting reversed.  If I manually release WIP and Check and Update accounting, this works, but I need the automatic to work.  Has anyone had this issue with Work Task Material (M50)

Hi all, I’ve synced to a remote warehouse where there are 6 parts in stock. This shows correctly in the DB viewer.   Also the record shows up in inventory_part table too.System logs too show that it has found data to syncThe part is still missing in My Stock Synced, and app restarted but no change. Appreciate if you know why. I’m on the latest app version but noticed this in the previous version too.

Hi all, I was looking at one of the field mobile devices running with mWO Service Engineer (latest version) and Cloud 23.2. No matter what entities I sync, My Stock will not show the part 131615 as available in stock. However, the part is availbale in stock when I check from the web client (not frozen or rserved). However, if I add that part to a task to issue, then it shows the part is available in stock. Is this a bug or is there an explanation to it? Please see images. Are the Max Travel Time, Max Travel To and Max Travel From fields on Scheduling Resources available for use in Dispatch Console without PSO? For example, when we schedule work orders for resources we want their travel time to be shown on Dispatch Console and the work order start time to be moved according to the required travel time.

The below table gets populated for estimate type quote printout, but disappears when I turn off estimate (make it a fixed price quote).How do I get the parts and labour breakdown for a fixed price quote?TIA
