Is there any way to set status 'Tentative' to a Routing whose status is 'Cancelled'?We have Routings whose status are 'Cancelled'. We'd like set them to 'Tentative' status for some reason. Is there any way to do it?(This is a case that a status before “cancelled” is “Plannable”. We know if it was “Tentative” before cancel, “Review” RMB sets its state “Tentative”.) Using APPS10Routings tab on Engineering > Routing > RoutingThank you.Kazu

Hi there,I am looking for Linux Server Requirements for IFS9 installation.Going through the documentation there is a link pointing to a internal IFS page which customers don’t have access:http://wit.ifsworld.com/Technology/prodcert/ (IFS internal) http://wit.ifsworld.com/Technology/benchmarking/ (IFS internal)I have opened a ticket with the support and they instructed me to open a new issue in the community as they are not allowed to share this kind of internal pages. Thanks,Alex.

Hi I have a lot of transactions haging on the Received Not Yet invoiced account. We have received some small shipments for free.We have received more goods than ordered and will not get an invoice for that. I all other ERP-systems I have worked with there was a functionality to clean out this account by marking the purchase orders and move the balance to the order to the P&L (price deviation account). Is there a similar function in IFS Søren

Hi,I want to replace the Authorizer name that appears in the tab in the screen cap attached. I can find the Authorization rule in IFS (I am using Apps10) but I can’t find  where the list of Authorizers for the rule is.Can anyone help?

Good afternoon,We are having an issue with a PO and wondering if there was a way in IFS to fix it. On 5/5 we received against a Purchase Order like normal. A week later, the PO was invoiced. Following us invoicing the Supplier, we issued a Return to Vendor for Rework against the already invoiced PO. A few months later, we re-received against the PO again. Is there a way to match up the latest ARRIVAL with the RETWORK transactions? This is causing our GRNI account to be off Thank you,Carl

Hi all,I created a BACS payment in IFS9 (week’s payment run, multiple suppliers / invoices), which failed to process on the bank side, so to correct in IFS, I did a complete supplier payment rollback. This corrected the supplier ledgers, but not the bank ledger - however I was under the impression that a complete rollback would post the bank transaction as well. It’s created a parked payment, which I need to clear. Please could someone advise as to the best way to complete the process? Thank you!

Hi,On a video on youtube, I saw that some users succeded to change colours in APP10, based on cell values / status.Does anyone know how to do it ? Thanks

Dear IFS Community, In my company we’re working on a solution to control documentation associated to a PO sent to external users. We’ve spotted that Document Transmittals serve our purpose. Do any member has experience on this? The idea would be to create a RMB, or an event, that when triggered from a PO would create a Document Transmittal with all Documents associated to the PO.  Thank you in advance for any input on this matter.

Hello,Can we access the Oracle database of an IFS Cloud environment hosted at IFS with PL/SQL Developer for example? Thanks in advanced!

Dear all, does IFS offer support for this portal? Does anyone happen to know?If yes what is the e mail address? Thank you

Where is the data stored for Setup IFS Connect Mail Sender parameters? Is there a specific database table object? I need to edit the host after we run our Replication to our DEV environment otherwise it starts emailing dupilcate statements to customers before I can get the DEV IEE apps configured properly.

Hello,  Has anyone used position roles for purchase requisition authorizations?I have set up purchase requisition authorization using positions and when I try to authorize from the left side I get the following message.“The authorization limit on the last step in the routing template is less than the purchase requistion amount”the PREQ amount is 709606.04the last authorizer in my template has an authoriation amount of 99999999999999.00But I can approve the same step, if I select the purchase requistion line from the right sideI have to authorize/acknowledge each purchase requistion line in the right side of the window. This only happens with a postion structure. anyone has this problem or know the reason for this?
