Hello!I am struggling with qualifications obtained from an attended training event. I can not see achieved certificate/competence in employee file despite its connection to a specific course. How should I act?Thank you in advance!

A specific requirement from a client is to involve the activated Authorization Assigning Rule in the Posting Proposal and the status of the same to be “AwaitAuth” where the Finance users will authorize the invoice postings based on the code part combinations in the assigning rule. However, the Posting Authorization is set to “Automatic Authorization” in the PO Matching in the company setup. Due to this, all the PO based invoices are receiving a status of “Auth” in the Posting Proposal and the assigning rule is not being considered. The reason for this requirement is to validate those invoices where expense accounts on which period allocation is required are reviewed by Finance Manager before approval and voucher creation and all other invoices to go directly in “Auth” status and can be posted by finance users without any authorizations. Is there a way to include the assigning rule in the Posting Proposal and the status of the same to be “AwaitAuth” by not changing the company setup?

Hi Experts,We have a specific requirements from customer. Does anyone faces such situation, your guidance is highly appreciated.Customer has an Appointment Window for 6 months in current legacy system. So they want the from IFS too. But as per IFS that long window is not allowed. Do you have any best practices for the Appointment Scheduling window. I have experience of having 42 days Scheduling window (3 days Dynamic Work Days + 39 Appointment Work Days) but not working with 6 months window. If IFS doesn’t handle such long window any workaround to handle 6 months appointment booking window.Your timely suggestion will help me a lot. Regards,RR

If I change a Wage Code on a Day Type is there some routine to be run for this to be reflected in Employee Results prior to the date the change was made or is it only ever seen from the date the change was made forward … ?(and I appreciate how eye-roll-inducing that question is)… Thanks

We have reviewed the material in IFS Cloud Customer Enablement Lunch and Learn and understand that IFS Cloud releases may be supported for up to two years. With 26R2 releasing on 15 Oct, can anyone please clarify the following questions:1. What is the official end-of-support date for IFS Cloud 26R1?2. Does 26R1 remain fully supported until completion of its two-year support period, and if so, what is the exact expiry date?3. When would customers on 26R1 be required to mandatory upgrade?4. Can customers remain on 26R1 until:27R2 is released?28R1 is released?Another specific release milestone?

Hi,When a Customer Order (CO) header is blocked and the CO line inventory part is supplied through Purchase Order Transit (Purch Order Trans) from an external supplier, the demand is not considered in Inventory Part Availability Planning, (Not in MRP) even when Release for Material Planning is enabled. Is this the intended behavior in IFS?We have observed that the same blocked customer order demand is considered by planning when the supply code is set to Inventory Order, but not when the supply code is Purch Order Trans. Could you please clarify whether this is expected system behavior? Note: Customer Order block reason is having Exclude from Mtrl Planning as False in all above scenarios. Thanks!

Hi,We are currently testing site-to-site shipments in IFS Cloud 26R1.We would like to confirm the standard behavior regarding Handling Units during Incoming Dispatch Advice receipt. Current scenario:Goods are shipped from Site A with Handling Units. An Incoming Dispatch Advice is created on Site B. Receipt is performed from Incoming Dispatch Advice Lines. The inventory is received together with the original Handling Unit structure and Handling Unit IDs from Site A.Based on our testing, the receiving site inherits the same Handling Unit IDs that were created on the shipping site.We would like to confirm whether this behavior is standard by design. In addition, we would like to know the following:Is inheriting the original Handling Unit IDs during Incoming Dispatch Advice receipt the standard behavior in IFS Cloud? Is there any standard functionality, parameter, receive case, or configuration that allows receipt without retaining the original Handling Unit IDs? Is there any option such a

Hello everyone, I am experiencing an issue with the package part in Cloud (25R1) The component part -Qty per assembly is correctly defined on the package part (which is 1), and the UOM ==EA is also correct (all parts). This is not configurable part. However, when i add the package part to Business opportunity or sales quotation, sometimes all component quantities are recalculated to unexpected values, such as 0.5 or 0.8.Has anyone experienced the similar behavior? Are there any known causes, configuration settings? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am attempting to configure IFS Facts for extraction to our data lake. My goal is to have the facts incrementally load on a per day basis so that the resulting parquet files are created daily and the files have the date appended to the file name. It looks like most of the Facts only have datetime columns. Is there a way to add a date column to the OOTB facts for partitioning? I currently only have access to the IFS cloud user interface.

Has anyone run into the “Long running app” warning in MWM Mobile on iOS?We recently had a user receive this message after MWM Mobile had been running for an extended period:Long running appThe app has been running for more than XX hours and should be restarted. Close the app by swiping it away from recent apps, then open it again. We originally thought this might be an iOS-generated message, but the MWM Mobile log shows:“Clevest.Mobile.PIBL.LogicHandlers.LoginHandler - Presented long running app message”So it appears to be coming from MWM Mobile itself.I've looked through the Mobile CONFIG.XML and the server-side configuration settings but haven't been able to identify anything that controls the application runtime threshold.Does anyone know whether this warning or its threshold is configurable, or if it is hard-coded into the MWM Mobile client?  Ideally, we'd like to know what the the threshold is and if it can be adjusted or the prompt disabled. We're currently on MWM 8.4 su3

My current installation has a single Print Agent installed on a Utility Server.  This works fine.  I would like to add a second Print Agent hosted on a second Utility Server to help with printing responsiveness and to serve as a backup.  To do this, I installed a second Print Agent and assigned it a unique "ID".  Additionally, the installation uses a second IAM Client entry using a unique "Client ID".  Each Print Agent's printer mappings are unique as well.  My installation is currently on IFS Cloud Release 24R2.The second Print Agent's service will not start successfully.  The logs show the following:From IFSPAService_%.log:[006] 10/12/2026 2:52:07 PM: Starting REST Service...[006] 10/12/2026 2:52:07 PM: ******************************************ServicePointManager.DefaultConnectionLimit :- 2******************************************[006] 10/12/2026 2:52:07 PM: ******************************************Modifying default connection limit to :- 2[006] 10/12/2026 2:52:07 PM: ************

Hello,We recently upgraded from Apps 10 to IFS Cloud 25R1.In Apps 10, we were able to move a work task status back to the New status if there were no records associated/transacted with it. We’ve used this in cases where a user accidentally moves a task to Under Preparation prior to actually starting to work on the task. I can’t seem to find a way to do this in IFS Cloud, but I also cannot find any documentation that states this is restricted by design. Was this ability that was possible in Apps 10 taken away in Cloud? Or am I missing a step to be able to move it back into a New status? Thanks,Evan

Hello everybody, what could the problem be if I can’t find the cost center in the manual supplier invoice? The cost center is valid. Thank you in advance.

I am getting the attached error when trying to specify an Internal Supplier and Supplier Site.  The error seems to suggest that there are already Purchase Parts at this site connected to this Supplier.  Do the parts need to be set up differently or is this an issue with the Supplier set up?

Hi, Is there a way to adjust an employee's absence balances in IFS other than recording an absence request or regenerating the starting balance under Absence Limit Year?We used to do that in  Apps8 long time ago with another customer i worked with using Balances Accruals and Withdrawals screen. We only see OT Bank there ...not the Vacation or Sick Time which are also having yearly allotments given. Any help is appreciated. Kind regards/Roshan

Does anyone here know if it is possible to color code a field based on the value entered in the field?Like my example below where I want to add conditional formatting based on the value the user entered. If it is below a certain value, green. if above, red.The example above is hypothetical. The actual use case involve custom fields that are looking at values in a separate table for validation.

We are currently trying to use the order cover time on a manufactured part by setting it to Planning Method G. We want the demand as seen on MS Level 1 to be assessed over the cover time and used to generate shop order requisitions for the demand within the order cover time. However, Planning Method G only appears to work for Purchased Parts. Has anyone managed to get this work for manufactured parts?
