Delivery Note Sequence Error

Steps –

  1. Customer order created.
  2. Release, reserve and pick the customer order. This was done through both EE and on WaDaCo. Same outcome.
  3. Deliver the order, and then check the background jobs and gives the below error. 

     

 

Even though IFS has a warning the order does still get a delivery note number.

It is strange that the other branches don’t give the error. I would still suggest you define a number series against the concerned branch and see if the order flow still gives the error

How have you defined the Del Note Number series?

Hi, 

its set up as per below, when I RMB and do ‘Delivery Note Number Series’ then there are no values. It is the same set up in other environment that we have but the error does not occur.
