How to create a new tabular model (custom) in the IFS cloud? I mean like to create a brand new model using a set of tables(data sources) of customer choice. That can be done using the IFS Application.• create a new model.• create a new data source connection.• create new tables.• create a new table partition.• create new table columns.• create new measures.• create new hierarchies.• create new relationships. Can you please help with this?
I have logged an idea for this, but am wondering whether anyone may have a better idea of achieving this?We have a custom logging form that has a custom item lookup, and what I would like to be able to do is provide the user with a short summary of what that item is/does. It doesn’t look like the we are able to amend the column profile that appears in the item lookup so it includes a remarks field from the CMDB, so the only way currently to achieve this is to create a caption field and manually enter the text - but for 100’s of items, this is not feasible. Ideally, what I would like to happen is when an item is selected, the next custom is a caption that is configured dynamically pull through the information stored in the remarks field of that item in the CMDB - only needing 1 caption field instead of 100’s. This currently isn’t possible, and logged an idea for this 5 months ago, still with no solution.Is anyone able to advise if there is a better way to achieve this? Any help is appre
Hi,We are in middle of upgrading from Apps 9 (IFS Hosted) to Cloud 23R1 (IFS Hosted) and exploring migrating documents from database to FSS repository in IFS Cloud.While the transfer documents process is working as expected, we have few questions on how this will impact the next Upgrade iterations.Let’s assume, we create a FSS repository IFS_FSS_IT1 for Iteration 1 and migrate all documents from Database → IFS_FSS_IT1.For the next upgrade iteration can we create another FSS repository IFS_FSS_IT2 and migrate documents again and will this overwrite/affect files in IFS_FSS_IT1?The same question can be raised for creating separate storage repositories for each of the three Use Place instances - CFG, UAT & PRD, so they have separate FSS repositories?
When entering punch out adress in Cloud there are options for cXML and OCI but not PEPPOL. Is it possible to use PEPPOL-adress in the other versions or do Cloud not support PEPPOL punch out? Thanks!
Has anyone encountered issues in Apps9 where a Customer Order Invoice errors with the below message? The setup is a bit complex - multi site in the same company, multiple places of supply therefore multiple tax situations for the customer, but this error only occurred when I created a CO and applied “Additional Discount” in the CO header. I processed another CO on exactly the same site/customer/parts/tax scenario with discount on the CO lines, and the invoice processed without error. “CO Invoice in Error - "Only a Tax Code with Zero percentage is allowed when Customer is exempted for Taxes..." Any thoughts/suggestions/solutions gratefully received! ThanksLinda

Hi, The end point I am wanting to post to is expecting some custom values to be sent with a repeating element name of customfieldname and customfieldvalue. I have three to pass in this example. The XML structure in the log is correct. I have the following error message when i forgot to select activity sequence n° if I do a manual voucher on project : “Activity Sequence No must have a value for Project 1092”. This control is very important. This control is now not active, and now i am able to select a project without Activity sequence when i do a manual voucher on project. I want to create a workflow wherefor my input I want to first run a query to assemble all my data andthen I want to use that data to execute an update an entity. I was looking at the workflow API READ calls but I could not manage to get it working to fetch data for example from a quick report? (Not sure which entityset to use?) Is there a way to feed data into a workflow action using a query. Thing is that for a lot of actions you want to first assemble the data (like you do with cursors in PL/SQL) and then you execute the action on it using an API Call. Is there any option/alternative for this in workflows?A quick report? An IAL source? (Not sure if his is creating a projection automatically? Hello, I am able to run the automatic matching for supplier account for exemple, but there are some accounts for which the background shows warning message “no matched transaction found” even if there are transactions that have to be matched for the period and account indicated (for ex revenue account).Do you have any idea on the reason why this error message appears for some accounts ?Thanks in advance for your helpTanya
Hello everyone, I was wondering if there was a way to automatically send task/tasks to MWO Service without having to click on "Transfer to Mobile". Ex: If all tasks are assigned to a resource that has MWO app, then automatically they are transferred to mobile. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi, I am using Request Management. Upon the completion of the task from MWO my tasks are not updating the status to ‘Work Done’ they are remaining at ‘Work Started’ even though the Work Assignment status is ‘Complete’. Is this standard? What am I missing? Thanks, Chiedza
Hi,I have created a report using instant_invoice_rep view with archive view but I need some fields from invoice view. I have added the invoice view and linked it from the instant_invoice_rep view to the invoice view using company and invoice_id and it works on my crystal developper part but when I call it from ifs it doesn’t work : the report is empty (i have added grant select to ifsprint on invoice view but the report is still empty...could you help me ?

For one of our customers who is on IFS Cloud, IFS Notify Me app had been set up and trialled for the past few weeks which worked fine. However, since a few days ago, when logging into the app, it crashes when it starts to sync. This happens without any warning and the app just simply closes off. All environments (both prod and non-prod) have this issue. The internal IT team has verified that no changes to the network or the servers have been carried out lately. The issue does not exist in other customers’ environments. Has anyone experienced this issue or something similar? Any hunches on what may be going on / remedies to try out? Thanks in Advance!

Hi Team,We are facing below challenges in FSM mobileSuppose a tech in his mobile device has 5 jobs out of which 4 jobs he can easily navigate and work on itBut if he is going inside the 5th task is app is crashing.Whereas if I give the 5th task to any other member of his team he is able to access the task .Also for the effected tech if I install fsm mobile in any other mobile all 5 tasks are working fine.We are not able to find root cause
I’m trying to make a migration job where the filename should be in the format of: ‘A12 2021 Voucher.csv’So the format is like this: A[MM] [YYYY] Voucher.csvI did try to change the dateformat to ‘MM YYYY’ and use &DATF, but then the dateformat is changed for the lines inside the file as well. This is not something I would like to do. Anyone any suggestions on how to make the filename as described without changing the dateformat inside the file lines?

I thought its from Company details > Offices, but the work mobile isn’t a part of it.
