Is there any way to have visibility of all the project’s supply , similar to what we have on the project’s demand screen? I would like to see a summary of all the PO, Shop orders, etc  created for the project, rather than on different screens  I would like to see a summary.  similar to the demands  Thanks.

I tried to create new schedule of work and satisfied the prerequisites but still can’t see the Project and SOW Type connection.Prerequisites1.A project, schedule of work is going to create must have been defined.2.Schedule of Work Defaults should be entered for the company, your project is connected.3.SOW Type must be enabled in the Schedule of Work Types page to create a Schedule of Work Estimate.4.When Schedule of Work need to be connected to existing Quantity Breakdown Structure, it should be definedWhen I check SOW type without specifing the Project ID, I can see the values but not after specifing the Project ID. BR,Thushan

Hello,We are moving to IFS Cloud 23R1.  Supply Chain Planning > Engineering > Project Delivery > Project Item Navigator > Consists Of (tab) > Route Template ID Today in Cloud we are ONLY able to add the Operations details on each individual assembly. We operate more often with hundreds of assemblies and need to be able to bulk edit/easily enter this information similarly to how we can in IEE Apps 10 Project Delivery today. In IEE we can find and replace hundreds of lines vs. manually edit each assembly. We haven't been able to find similar functionality in Cloud Deliverables (Resource & Duration with or without Template).  Has anyone found an efficient way to do this in Cloud?   Thank you,Joann(Ent issue #176)

When I try to enter a code part value in a project forecast line, I always get an error saying the <code part> is not allowed for this forecast line. From where can we control this? under what condition we can enter a code part values in a forecast line?  

In the Engineering Part Revisions screen, it is allowed to selct multiple lines do the “Replace Old Revision” for multiple parts at once.  The customer selects 2 lines as follows and proceed to check the “Replace Old Revision”. (It is allowed to select multiple lines and RMB)    The “Replace” process starts using the wizard. However, it only completes for one part rather than all selected parts. This is misleading as the customer is given the ability to select multiple parts to be Replaced.

Users are unable to change project managers on projects even though project access is NOT turned on.Based on the help text for this field, it suggests "If access is turned off by clearing the check box, all the access definitions will be deleted and all the users will have access to the whole project"Default value PROJECT_ACCESS property in System Definitions/Object Property  tab is set to OFF.We have project managers leave the business, and then subsequently no one apart from IFSAPP is able to then change it to an active project manager which is causing a lot of issues. Why can't others in the business be able to change project managers when the access is turned off?

Community,I always think  Project/Demand/Misc.Parts window and Project Product/Demand/Misc. Parts window are show exact the same data. but the truth is, they are different, can anyone tell me why they are not, what cause this discrepancy? below is an example.in this window, total is 55078 records.in this window, shows only 1031 records. Thank you.

Hi all.I have a customer order line connected with a project activity and I need that the revenue generated via that line is not transfered to the project.The reason is because all reveneu will be invoiced from an invoicing plan linked with the same activity, and now, in my project, I see the revenue duplicated.I tried to check the Invoice Blocked field in the customer order line but it doesn’t work.Is there any way to get this? Thank you in advance. Sergio García

Hi IFS specialists,my colleagues have started to search parts using the Enterprise application search.But as result we get only part catalog, sales parts, supplier for purchase parts, but not inventory parts (what we would need).Does anyone know how to add inventory part in the search Domains?Thank you for any hint :-)Regards Martina

Has anyone been able to view time reported to a work order that is connected to a project in Project Transactions? We’ve connected the work order to the project and authorized the time on the project and the time shows in project connections and “committed hours”

Hi all experts,We have Project with Project type No Capitalization. All activities are Closed. In the Financials we completed the sub projects.We also completed manually the project so the Project status changed to Completed. This should have been changed automatically, when the sub projects were completed. Why didn’t the status change automatically? Is it because of the Project Type No Capitalization?And there is still no tick in the box of Financially completed in the Project Management / Sub Projects window. Which procedure changes the Sub Projects to Financially Completed?

I have a Customer that receives the following message on certain Project Connections that have Actual Cost details. “The method “ in Project Connection Util returns more than one row”. I have compared setup with another project that does work and could not find a difference.  

Dear Community Support,We have Project Managers in APAC where consists of 3 different countries/ Companies, (HAPL, HAP & HSEA) are unable to approve the hours logged against work orders in other entities.For example, one PM in HAPL, is unable to approve WO hours in HAP and HSEA. Since we are having an APAC level project management in place, the project managers in the entities HAPL, HAP and HSEA should be able to approve the work order hours for all three entities (HAPL, HAP and HSEA) in APAC.In fact, they should have whatever authority they require to execute projects in the three entities. I use MSP to export my Project  to IFS.I fill the %Complete and others data in MSP and then export my project to IFS.Where can I see the effect of %Complete data in Project Navigator?Is there any possibility to submit %completion in IFS?

We have one project where some project transactions will be invoiced against one customer and some against a different customer. This will happen monthly. Is there a way to set the customer to be invoiced on a subproject or activity level different than the customer of the project?
