I was wondering if there is any way to identify quickly in the project deliverables (PDL) structure, the parts that could be “copy from product structure” ?
Our client will use in the PDL structure parts created specifically for the project and standard parts (using the command copy structure product).

You can try using the options available in under part information drop down which enables soon after you connect a part no in the part information section.
This will enable you to see the product structure of that specific part before copying the structure.
