Would like to sync our technician’s calendars between IFS Cloud and Exchange/Outlook so that internal meetings on technicians Outlook calendars don’t get scheduled over. Want to be able to see an Outlook meeting in IFS Cloud.
The CRM calendar sync doesn’t bring calendar items to the right calendar, and it requires a manual step to start the calendar item sync.
Does this functionality exist? Anyone write something custom?
