Why there is a Server error when generating Intrastat report?

Issue/Question : When generating the Intrastat report, following server error appears.Error Message - “Database error occurred. matching error in manual supplier invoice

Helllo,I have a problem, has anyone solved this problem before? I ordered 353 fixed assets. I only received 15 of this order.When I match the invoice, it matches 353 lines. I just want to match it with what I received.Is this possible ? Or is there a bug in the IFS standard? Best regardsMervan

Calculate employee project cost for the Absence/Leave days

Hi All,In my case, employees report time against the project activities through Time Registration window. Once time registration is authorized, finance users generated T vouchers against the time registrations through the process called "Transfer Project Cost Accounting Transactions”. It will create employee project cost accounts for the entered time. If an employee applied for an absence/leave, employee will not add working time for that day in Time Registration. And project cost accounting records will not create for the absence days. My requirement is to create project accounting for the absence date as well. Any functionality available in standard IFS ? how to change Required Date in Project Delivery

Community, i have couple demands in a project delivery, which cannot be changed with the required date, always get the error “The need date cannot be earlier than the earliest start date”. please refer to the attached screenshots. i know the date is inherited from activity end date, system will do the backward scheduling. the activity finished date is changed to end of 2023, but we still cannot make the changes to the required date. shall we have to check the parent, grandparent and grand grand parent???

Changing ownership of Support agreements and support keys in Contract Management

We have some support contracts in the screen with the navigation below which are owned by a user who has left, and their IFS account is deactivated. How can the ownership be changed to the person now doing the role, and the same will apply to any Support Key ownership as well. I have tried editing the ownership and changed by details below, as MP01897 has left, but cannot find any way to do that, and because this runs for many years, we cannot just wait for it to expire: I guess the same will apply to changing any Support Keys related to these agreements as well, but have not started looking at that yet. Thanks for any assistance.

Unfinished Activity Work - PO lines which have not been invoiced

Hello,We are using Apps 10, UPD13. We have an Unfinished Activity Work description - "There are Purchase Order lines which have not been invoiced." This is related to an object on the Activity > Supply > Purchase Order Lines tab where the item shows the invoiced Qty, etc. fields are blank. It is an inventory item, qty 1 was ordered and received The Posting Proposal for the manual supplier invoice shows that the PO line isn’t matched The manual supplier invoice is PaidPostedDoes anyone know if there is a way for the user to resolve this and continue closing the activity/project? Manage many activities of project management

Hi experts,I am currently working on project management module and our customer would like to know other use cases which are similar to them.<Their scenario>They are manufacturing company and they would like to use project module for their product developments such as sample products, research purpose products. Currently they are using SAP project module for this purpose and they would like to change into IFS project management module.They define the structure of project/sub-project/activities based on their requirement. They face the issue of managing activities because of the assumed number of required activities. They feel it is not realistic to ask user to use these activities without having any functionalities to automate their operations. <Ask>They looked into the functionality such as copying activity/sub-project/project but it is not enough to decrease their operational efforts.We appriciate if everyone can share usecases/idea (ideally based on real customer scenari

Auto Shut Off of Subproject Charging

I’m wondering if there’s a way in IFS to shut off charging on a Subproject when it’s reached a certain budget? For example, I only want to spend a max of 185K on Sub project TEST1….is there a way to put this in IFS so that it’s no longer chargeable after the budget has been reached?

Projectd Deliverables - Direct Delivery

For project deliverables when some equipment is purchased (externally or internally), we have not found any possibility to have a supply option where the supplier ships the goods directly to the customer.Currently we use Customer Order for these scenarios, but that is not optimal in combination with projects.Any ideas on alternative solutions or development done in Project Deliverables?

IFS Cloud 22R2 - Activity Resource’s Planned Cost seems incorrect when there is some reported time

Hi Community, The below issue comes in IFS Cloud 22R2 version. Internal Price for the Project has been set Now, 1 hour has been reported to Activity A1. With the cost of 150This is correct as it has properly fetched from the Internal Price setup. Create a Resource with a cost of 20 There are no Persons connected to this Resource Add this Resource to a different Activity A2 in the same ProjectWhy the Planned Cost is shown as “150” here ? This problem comes when there is already reported time for some activity in the project.Anybody has an idea ?

Revenue recognition amount

Hi,Is there any way to see the revenue recognition amounts in the project navigator?In the project navigator, there is the revenue TAB.I believe that this will only be updated as actual project transactions, so there is no revenue recognition amount field.I would like to check the revenue recognition amount in order to make a sales forecast for the next month on the project management side, the only way to check the revenue recognition amount is in the project account or in GL Analysis? Any feedback that would be helpful would be much appreciated. Sammmy

Excel Migration tool for Bulk Upload of Project Time registration in IFS V10 UPD7

Hi,I am trying to configure a Excel Migration tool to bulk upload Project Time registration using the method Project_transaction_api.New__. I am getting an error ‘ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE: Field [SALES_AMOUNT] is mandatory for Project Transaction and requires a value.’When i tried to manually enter in the Project Time Registration screen and debugged, the same api is being called and the record is saved successfully.But the same API is called in the fnd Migration job, the ORA-20124 error is coming.Can someone help.Thanks in Advance. Trying to display a new column in search listing

Apps 10Hello - I am trying to have a new column display in the search view of a custom logical unit.When a user clicks on the List icon in this custom logical unit-PC Distribution, columns display from another custom logical unit - CProdCodeBusinessUnit. Prod CodeI have added another column to CProdCodeBusinessUnit - ‘Test Add’.I want TEST ADD to be displayed as one of the columns. Changing Work Order Status

Scenario: Work Order goes out and checked but not fixed and it gets marked Finished and moved into Historical Work Order List. From the Historical List I right Click and select Reopen and it moves it back to the Open Work Order list.Now the Status says WorkDone can that be changed back to Released any way? How will the Maintenance Dept know that WO still needs done?Do we have to rewrite the Fault Report and reference the “Old” one

PMRP over ordering

If we create a Project Purchase that has a minimum order qty and then more demand is created, its not looking at the surplus supply and IFS creates another purchase requisition to purchase more. Example:Project demand: 10PO X 50 ( Minimum order qty)Surplus: = 40New project demand x 10PMRP creates another Purchase requisition x 50What are we doing wrong? TIA Chris.
