Hi Team,

Requirement is to transfer Budget Allowance from one Sub-Project to another Sub-Project within the same Project.

I tried to use EAC Workbench functionality for Budget Transfer but currently not getting any option to add a line under Transferred To in Budget Transfer dialog box.

Please find the attached screenshot for reference.

Just wanted to know am I missing any Prerequisite setup or is this a permission issue?

Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,

Rakesh

Hi @Rakesh,

Check whether your EAC Workbench Status is “In Progress” and Forecast Status is “Preliminary”.

Then the option to add lines in the transfer should be visible to you.

Hi @Tharindu Illangasinghe

Thank you so much for the response.

Just a query what is the workaround if Project Forecast is approved and still we need to perform Budget Transfer??

Hi @Rakesh,

You are welcome…

I don’t see a straight workaround for that, apart from demoting the Forecast back to “Preliminary” state.

However, this may not be much practical as business will have to roll-back the number of steps done in the application, already.
