Hello,I’m on ifs cloud 24R1 environnement.I’m working on unballasting automatization flow and I use workflow BPA for this.In the flow, I have at some point the need to close a price line from the supplier for purchase part entityI checked the network logs (chrome inspector) to see what the close button call : So it call a function named PurchaseQuantityPrice_CancelWhen I check the documentation of the projection SupplierForPurchasePartHandling I can not find the function.But I can use it into my API Call in the workflow : I set the parameters I found in the URL Call, but it doesn’t work, I got the following error :

Hi,I am trying to import the Service Resources (SERVICE_RESOURCE_DETAIL) through Migration Jobs, Import working successfully, but I am unable to see the resources in the Service Resource Details screen and PSO but the resources are available in Resource Details?Any idea what needs to checked?Thanks in advance!!

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while Creating a new item in  ProjectSetupParametersHandling/Projects/ProjectRoleAssignmentArray via an IFS API call in a workflow. The request fails with the following error message:"Failed to create the entity as it would be unreachable from the current path.” Workflow looks like this:There is also strange error when I don’t provide AssignSeqNo variable:“Please add value for key AssignSeqNo of nested entity ProjectRoleAssignmentArray.”Shouldn't it create this ID automatically? What am I missing? 

Hi all,Do you use Employee Selection Groups ?How to update the employees assigned to them ?It is possible to create Employee Selection Groups on the page: /main/ifsapplications/web/page/EmployeeSelectionGroup/List;path=0.985058153.1320681539.1213741080.78114610.836883027.277183867It is possible to assign an employee to an Employee Selection Group when creating the employee.The Employee Selection Groups can be used in the filters on the HR projections.But, it's impossible to assign an existing employee to an Employee Selection Group.Just as it's impossible to modify the employees assigned to an Employee Selection Group.Which projection allows modifying the employees assigned to Employee Selection Groups?Which view accessible via DataMig contains this information?Regards,Mickaël

Hello,I’ve created a Migration job for importing new service resources in Cloud. By baseline, while creating a New Service Resource, it automatically creates a Maintenance Employee record and assigns it to the Service Resource created.But while creating a Migration job, the Maintenance Employee record is not created. Also the Resource Connection with the Company and Site are not setup properly.Below is the Method List used to create Service Resources and Connections. What could be the possible reasons? I'd like to know how to register new customer order headers and line items in the same migration job.I have tried this and confirmed that adding CUSTOMER_ORDER and CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE to the "Method List" tab allows me to update them all at once. However, when I try to insert both the header and line items, I get the error "DEVELOPER_ERROR_03: Most likely a usage definition is wrongly defined for LU: [CustomerOrder] in table RM_ACC_USAGE_TAB, internal exception: [Ex_Get_Id]."  

I am looking for a way to update Safety Stock, Planner, or any parameters in the inventory part screen. I would like to enter these changes in Excel and mass upload them to IFS 7.5 for now. We migrating to the cloud in January but, I would like to make this mass change in IFS 7.5 for now. Thanks in advance. 

Hello there!I have been struggling with this problem in the past few days. While creating a quick search group (table ps_quick_search), I am able to create it but this message keeps showing up in the Web Client.Through investigation, I believe it is because only 3 of 6 required fields are sent to the data base but as this is OOTB thing, I don’t know how to change it. The problem is this only happens for a certain role because if I perform this action with others, the message doesn’t show up.I have also performed the test with two versions of the same screen (same role for both) and for one of them the message doesn’t show up, so I don’t believe it is a role problem.Has this happened to anyone?

I want to know how to get the Sales Price List by API. When registering a Customer Orders in the migration job, I want to use the API to retrieve the sales price from the sales price list. Because the migration job does not appear to be referencing the sales price list.

Hi!We want to show which user has executed the transport task in entity TransportTask. I know I could enable history log for the LU, but this is not searchable.My thesis is to add a persistent custom field on the entity that can be filled with Fnd_Session_API.Get_Fnd_User() through a custom event, and fire when user is executing the transport task (when object PRINTED_FLAG is changed from 0 to 1). However, I keep getting error messages when pressing Execute, especially ORA-01008: not all variables bound.Is my thesis even doable? If so, can anyone help me? If not, does anyone know what else I could to to achieve this?Best regards, Henning

Hello everyone! I would like to know if there is a way to integrate Microsoft Forms with IFS.I will explain what I would like to do: I created a form by Microsoft Forms that contains questions about Business Lead (We use this form in events to show our products to get new customers).What do I do today? I get all answers of this form and fill the “Business Lead” screen on IFS manually, one by one.I would like to automate this. After answer all questions of the form on Microsoft Forms and click on “Send”, all these answers fill the “Business Lead” screen on IFS automatically. Is this possible? Thanks!

Scan Sales Quotation error messageI'm trying to use the Scan  Sales Quotation, but I'm having the error: “This feature is not available. Please try again or contact your system administrator regarding AI services.” when I try to click next. I have the AI service my IFS implementation mode is Remote IFS version 25.1.5Anyone has any clue about what to do?

We are looking to implement a solid core to rebuild process in our company. These would be core units from the field that need to brought into inventory at zero dollars, shipped out to a supplier to be rebuilt, and then brought back in the system with the new cost of rebuilding the unit. We want the option of NOT serializing these parts, but we want to try and keep the process as standard as possible. Is there a standard way that IFS provides for this process that will work for serialized and non-serialized parts?

I have created a Logic Apps Custom Connector (imported the OpenAPI v3 definition into Postman and used the Postman collection for the connector) with the following security settings:The connection is created successfully and the Logic App using the new connector works perfectly. What is the use of ‘Event Based’ Revenue recognition and how it works.We defined events on the project, but when we do revenue recognition, it is being calculated as if no events have been defined. Can someone please help how it works.

We have recently had several cases where credit notes (CNs) were not deducted from outstanding invoices during payment runs, which results in double or excess payments.This is usually because a CN often has a later date than the original invoice, on which the payment term is then applied.It happens that the invoice is due (because eg longtime blocked/not approved) and the CN not yet. In the context of the IFS implementation, we had checked to look into setting CNs as immediately due, so that when approved, the CN would be immediately deducted from the invoices in the payment run.At that time, this seemed not to be possible. Given the recent cases, we was wondering if it would be possible if we had a separate numbering sequence and, for example, a separate voucher type for CNs, to make sure that credit notes become immediately due. Other suggestions are also welcome!Thanks!

BACKGROUND: We currently have a feature we developed using a homegrown integration application with IFS to achieve online bill pay functionality on our external website. It is fairly straight forward and has 2 endpoints. 1 endpoint to retrieve a list of invoices a customer needs to pay and 1 endpoint to pay those invoices. We are utilizing IFS’s oracle APIs currently so when a customer pays the invoice, this single endpoint call is actually:Generating a statement number Creating a mixed payment lump sum record Creating the mixed payment ledger transaction record We then attempt to charge the customer’s credit card, and upon success of that.. we then approve the mixed payment.Since this is all captured within a transaction, if any stage of these steps fail, we can safely rollback the changes we made in IFS and we can cancel the credit card transaction if we need to.GOAL:  Our goal wo

In the customer card, under the Address tab, I have added a new Custom Field – Account Manager.I would like to use a migration job targeting the view CUST_ORD_CUSTOMER_ADDRESS to insert/update this field.I created the following migration job based on my experience with IFS 9. 

Starting on July 13, 2024, our data loads started having issues.  We did not have any patching or updates or changes that I can find. Prior to this they were running successfully since deployment for over 6 months. The data load itself has a status of executing with errors.  Each data source shows as Executing, Failed, Success or Submitted.  Most were showing as Submitted.  The BI server errors looked like they were deadlocking them selves.  I put sequential IDs and sequences on all of the data sources and now most show as Success. If I run a data source by itself, then there are no issues. Any help or ideas would be great. Here is the IFS screen examples:  H
