Hi All.Is it possible to control the IFS standard so that Dop Order alarms are not generated?Our client is experiencing performance issues due to a large number of Dop Order alarms being created.Therefore, I would like to prevent Dop Order alarms from being generated.Best Regards.

We have registered new serial objects in IFS and enabling them for measurement. End-users are to enter meter readings through the Upload Measurements functionality in bulk. Keen to know if there is a relatively easy way to setup the Meter IDs in bulk for the initial setup. Thank you. 

In the master part we are migrating 25.488 as the net weight for one of our parts. Somewhere along the line, it was changed to 25.488581893. Given the high number of decimal places, I suspect an automated calculation or a UOM conversion is at play.I tried to recreate this by creating a new part and going through all migration jobs but had no luck. I don’t believe this was changed manually by anyone although it's not off the table.I should note that this is only affecting a small portion of parts.Any ideas?

Hello All, Can somebody provide a good document/tutorial/work instructions on how to create a Business Report? I don’t seem to find any good manuals that describe the possibilities and ways that we can use business reporter. For example: - If I use a Repeater on a row, can I use this repeater and define this immediatley as a dynamic XLS table? - Can I make a Pivot table of this? - How can I create a bar chart that takes into account the dynamic range of the repeater? - How to add an additional ‘calculated’ column to the table? (Calculated = I just want the difference between 2 source columns). Thanks for your help! Best RegardsRoel

I want to hide the shipment address when it is the same as the billing address, and show it only when they are different.I tried adding conditions on the Shipment Table like:tns:SHIP_ADDR_2 != 'BILL_ADDR_2'tns:SHIP_ADDR_2 != BILL_ADDR_2And for testing the opposite:tns:SHIP_ADDR_2 = BILL_ADDR_2tns:SHIP_ADDR_2 = 'BILL_ADDR_2'However, in all cases the shipment address table disappears completely, regardless of whether the addresses are the same or different.Question:What is wrong with these conditions? How should I correctly compare the billing and shipment address fields in an IFS report template so that the shipment address is hidden only when both addresses match?   

Can anyone share their experience using Vertical Bands in Report Studio?  The IFS documentation is very sparse and I’m trying to understand how/if the Vertical bands can be bound to a Data Member like Detail Report bands can, thus allowing repetition at any schema level.  From what I see (though trial and error), the Report itself can be bound to the top-most Data Member containing my report fields, but that’s it.  I think this means that any repeating data needs to be sourced from that single schema node if I want to put it into the Vertical bands.  I did find a way around it by adding a Detail Report section below the Vertical bands that’s bound to a lower schema node.  This seems to work, but I’m not sure if there’s built-in Vertical Band functionality that I’m missing.Any comments on your experience using Vertical Bands are appreciated.  

Hi everyone,I have created a Custom Field in the 'Supplier Payment Order' screen that concatenates multiple Purchase Order numbers into a semicolon-separated string (e.g., '00001;00002;00003') using LISTAGG.Local Supp Pay Order - OverviewI am now trying to create a Custom Menu to navigate to the 'Purchase Order' window using this field as a parameter. When the field contains a single value, the navigation works perfectly. When the field contains multiple values, the target screen opens empty because it tries to find an exact match for the entire string. Is there a way to pass these values so the target screen interprets them as an 'OR' or 'IN' filter? 

Hello, On work tasks, the inventory transactions are not reversing automatically out of WIP when the task is closed.  Time transactions on the same work task reverse out of WIP automatically when the task is closed.I used the Release WIP To Final Accounts + Check and Update Accounting to manually reverse one of the Inventory lines out of WIP. That worked correctly. Can anyone help with why the Inventory lines are not reversing automatically when the Work Task is set to Finished? Cost code rule settings:   Many thanks. 

Hello, We need to patch the MT Ubuntu server each month.  At the end of the patch, we sometimes need to reboot the MT. But what is the right procedure ?Is the powershell script LINUX-REBOOT sufficient  (does is properly close down all the kubernetes ?)  

Hello, We just implemented IFS and we are using the Inspect in QA process. Some receipts are for large quantities and we would like to release partial quantities from the receipt. Currently we are registering the inspection results for partial qty then changing the total inspection qty to zero in order to allow Move into Stock. However this restricts us from inspecting further until the stock is moved. Is there a better solution?

When defining a an STDVOU template, there is an option to define a template control.Is there any documentation on how those control works please?  Kind regards

Hi Everyone , i post this consult because i have problems with my Custom Entity in Aurena  i try to explain all steps that i follow until now1.- Create a Custom Lu In IFS , with a CF named Project_id and referencing Project_id Field From Project LU because this Custom LU  Works as detail of Project.2.- Create a Custom Page in IFS for this Custom LU and i add this custom LU in a Project TAB, for make sure thats works perfectly3.- give permision set on Custom Projection for this custom Entity on IFS

HI,I’m getting he following error while doing the multisite shipment arrival. I checked the postings and the cost types. All are updated properly. Please advise. 

I have identified a discrepancy concerning a part with dual values in the system. Upon receipt of the shop order, the total cost was updated to $841.8577. However, reviewing the individual shop order part reveals the issuing total cost is only $728.9187. Could you please provide the reason for this variance.

Hi friends,I want to use business lead form in my mobile.I can create a lead but in address section when I want to edit or create an address I can NOT see address1,address2 and … fields.This issue is NOT observed in IFS Aurena in my computer, this issue is only in my mobile.Does anyone faced this issue?Thanks
