Unable to update record using Data Migration Manager tool (DMM)

I'm trying to update an existing record for functional objects using the Smart Data Migration Manager (DMM) tool. I've mapped the Equipment Object Seq field to the legacy source, but when I deploy from the deployment container, it treats it as a new INSERT and returns an error saying the functional object already exists.

I've included all the configuration details and data in the description. Could someone help me identify what I might be missing or doing incorrectly?

Hi,

 

My approach for this is a bit different. I didn’t include the EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_SEQ in the csv file. Rather I created a pre deployment process to fetch the EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_SEQ at the point of deployment using the MCH_CODE and CONTRACT. And disabled the update flag of CONTRACT via ‘DMM Alternative Flags and Values’.
