Why do some Order lines automatically goto Invoice once Delivered? Order Type ‘PO’ should stop after Print Delivery? Is there some other auto-process that would cause some lines to Invoice but not others? It seems ‘Supply Code’ might? When process the lines with ‘Supply Code’ = ‘Invent Order’ the system stops before Invoicing but lines with ‘Supply Code’=’Int Purch Trans’ will auto invoice once Delivered. We don’t want to auto-invoice the lines.Please point me to a solution, thanks.

Good day Community.I have noticed when entering a New Manual Supplier Invoice in IFS Cloud, we get an error if a change is made to the Gross Amount in step 1. For example, if user does a typo, the corrected amount doesn’t carry through to the subsequent steps and IFS goes on to register the supplier invoice with the original incorrect input value. Has anyone else encountered this conflict? It means that the invoice is registered with the incorrect amount and needs to be cancelled and re-entered. Causing additional user input to rectify. I would have expected the Gross Amount value is only committed at point of clicking “Finish” or “Next”I have the following test plan:New Manual Supplier Invoice Complete mandatory fields – Supplier, Invoice No, Gross Amount On clicking out of the Gross Amount field, the Net Amount and Tax Amount auto calculate Change Gross Amount to another value >Next Step 2 still holds

I have a custom page in IFS Applications 10. There is a custom field "Part no." on it that is a reference field. It selects from an LOV of part numbers.There is a second custom field "Location" alongside it that also selects from an LOV (of part locations) and I want to filter that field to only display locations that the part that is in the "Part no." custom field is in.However it isn't until these two entries are completed that the record on the custom page can be saved. So I need to be able to grab the value of what is in the Part No. field (before the record is saved) and use that as a filter on the Location custom field.Is this possible? See screen cap attached.

Hi,I’d like to display the “Planned Cost and Sales” tab under the “Tasks” tab directly on the Request Management Page on a 24R1 environment.To do so, I understand that I need to configure the JtTask projection to bind it to the JtTaskPlanning entity.But I’m not able to create a configuration for the JtTask projection, it doesn’t appear on the list pf configurable projections :Would someone know why JtTask isn’t a configurable projection?Regards,Caroline

Designed Repeater in Rows 7-8​​​Repeater informationMy company has been in IFS for a year now, and we have learned a lot about IFS and Business Reporter. I’ve been recently tasked to start making some of our reports more presentable. In the screenshot above, we have a row repeater over Rows 7-8. We no longer need columns A-D, or current rows 3-6. When I delete any amount of rows above, the repeater stays in row 7-8, but the fields [Structure Node] and [Account] move up, meaning the row design has broken. Deleted the abo

I am working in IFS cloud and tries to order event driver PM’s.  I am getting the error message   "There are no valid actions for the entered criteria".   Anyone else that has experienced the same in IFS cloud and any ideas what causing this issue?  I have PM’s defined with correct data.

Hi,How do you handle situations where you need to request a deposit before executing a work order?I’m looking for a functionality similar to the advance invoice for customer orders, where the customer pays an amount in advance, and IFS takes that amount into account for the final invoice.I want the same functionality for my work orders. Before I start investigating, I need a deposit from the customer. Of course, this deposit should be deducted from the final invoice.IFS doesn’t seem to have such a function. Possible workarounds are:Using an instant invoice, but you need to remember to do this manually, and it's not linked to the specific work order. Adding a sales line on the work task and crediting it afterward.Both methods require manual intervention, which can be forgotten sometimes. Does anyone have a better idea?

*In title shoul be ”not” shown... (and not “now” shown...) In the view Inventory Part Availability Planning, the point is to see all demands and supply. However, for Work Task demand, as soon as a pegged purchase requisition is created, the demand dissapears from the view, and only the supply (the pegged PR) is visible,. Anyone else that has noticed this?This must be a bug, right?Using Cloud, version 23.1.14

When we run payments in full, expenses gets authorized for payments, but if we do not want certain expenses to be transferred for payments, we can remove authorization by doing this,But when I try to remove authorization, I’m getting below error, Can anyone please advise, why I’m not able to remove this authorization ? 

Good evening.  I am defining Org Structures.  Some of the units have the same names for example Business Unit is Finance and within Finance Division there are “sub” divisions of which one is also called Finance.  Suggestions for Naming Conventions to use in such a case for the Org Units so that a distinction can be made between the levels in the Structure?  Many thanks.  Anya

Is there a way we can segregate the expense payments that are to be paid via payroll and that are not to be paid via payroll. We have a case where we need these expenses bifurcated as allowances are paid with salaries and expenses are paid seperately. Now, when we refer to payments in full, all expense sheets are getting considered, can we have a way where this can be bifurcated ?

Hi All, I have a question around automatic creation of Locations in the service module. My understanding is that if you set up a customer address with an address type of visit it will auto create a location in service. However when I have done this, nothing has been created. Is there a setting I need to turn on to do this?

Issue Reports created using "GL BALANCE" information source are unable to use "Zoom In" and/or "Drill down" feature. When IFS create a new report using "GL Balance" information source, it works fine on customer's end but when customer creates a new report using the same information source it doesn't work when trying to use "Zoom In" and/or "Drill down" feature.Only difference between the reports created by customer and IFS is the "Project" in the Document Actions is missing.    In the "Dimensions" page, "DIM_

Hi,We have a new integration which creates Absence registrations in our Apps 10 environment via the REST API.These registrations do not appear on the Resource Monitoring Gantt though.If I manually create a registration in Apps 10 with the exact same Absence parameters, it appears on the Gantt almost immediately.I don’t see anything obvious in the database rows to indicate difference.Is there an additional task we need to complete to have the absence show on the Resource Monitoring Gantt?All 3 registrations in IFS: Database output from the ABSENCE_REGISTRATION view: Resource Monitoring Gantt output

Hi All,Anyone with experience in upgrading from IFS Apps 10 Aurena Permission sets to IFS Cloud permission sets?  Is it a full rework or can it be upgraded?I know if it is IFS EE to IFS Cloud then it is a complete redo, but guessing we can salvage a lot from Aurena permission sets to Cloud permission sets.Regards,Malik

Hi How do we write off Customer balances in IFS cloud. In Apps 10 this can be done on customer offset window, however this functionality is missing in cloud.The manual customer offset option (Customer offset proposal) doesn't have this option either. Regards,  Praveen

Hello, How do I start using the bank reconciliation feature for the first time even though we have been using IFS since 2019? There are obviously transactions sitting in there since 2019 but how do I start reconciling from now moving forward without having to reconcile all the past stuff?
